A great late night snack
When I married into an extended Italian family, I learned and ate a lot of things I didn't know or eat before. One of my greatest discoveries was biscotte. Sadly, as the years have gone on the zias acquisita that baked such good biscotti have passed away. Now I bake my own, passable, bisotti and from time to time purchase biscotti when I find a good product. Nonni's biscotti almond, and the brown butter and pecan, are great biscottis. The price is great for the amount of biscotte that I get. I really like having biscotti on hand when I have late night munchies.
