I sent these to my mom who's had recent surgery and is having difficulty with hair washing due to being bedridden and having bed baths only at the moment. She is ecstatic with the results after the first try. She said her hair feels really clean after an extended period of being unable to shampoo it and it really lifted her spirits.

I bought these for my mother who is older and it can be a challenge for her to wash her hair. Honestly I thought there was no way theses caps could do what they claim but they work. You put the cap on, covering all your hair and massage. Her hair was wet when I took the cap off and it was clean and soap free. Dry and style and she looked great. She goes to a hairdresser now. I gave the rest of them to my daughter who wilderness camps. She was pretty excited to try them. It wouldn't be fair to say these are expensive, because really it's $6 each which is less than going to a hairdresser.

I bought these for my mom while she was recovering from a fall and bedridden for most of the day. These worked really well on her very fine, shoulder length hair. They're much thicker than a normal shower cap which I didn't expect, but they were still easy to use, smelled great, and made her hair look clean and fresh. It did leave some residue behind but she didn't mind. She really liked them and used most of the pack willingly, so I'd say these are great for short hair. Now that she's recovered enough to wash her hair normally, I tried one on my thick, waist length hair so I can give them a proper review. I couldn't even get all of my hair wet and the residue left a nasty feeling behind, but at least my hair smelled nice. These would do in a pinch but they're not great on long hair.

Helped so much when I got my shoulder surgery. I would honestly use it for other occasions also. If you go camping... stuck in the airport... a road trip... the parfum isn't that strong either. Obviously it doesn't do miracle work but it does make you feel better when you're stuck.

Their pretty expensive but they do the job. We found that after use, you can seal them in a ziplock bag, and get a second use out of them.
