Good Comfort and overall best fit

I've tried many insoles before and had a terrible experience with most of them, but this one is a game‑changer. It’s comfortable and surprisingly light—one of the few options in India that offers a rigid arch support with the right arch height. As someone with flat feet who’s prone to shin splints, I’ve found it incredibly helpful both in my running shoes and now in my badminton shoes. The insole doesn’t heat up even after long sessions, which is a huge plus. This is my first purchase, and the durability seems promising—no complaints at all. Highly recommend!

I’ve been using the Frido Insoles for a few weeks now, and overall, they’ve been a solid addition to my footwear. While they may not be the softest or most cushioned insoles I’ve tried, they still offer decent comfort and solid support for the price. If you’re looking for something that strikes a good balance between comfort and support, these are worth considering.
