Device works as intended, the documentation is not the greatest, and I wish there were more details on specific settings. But overall it does what it is supposed to do.

This ISEEVY H.265 H.264 4K 1080P Video Decoder should have a much better instruction manual and not assume the buyer knows how this works. It does convert compressed digital video data back into viewable formats, reversing the process of the video encoder. It takes the video stream and uses the correct codec to decompress the video and audio signals and sends them to your monitor or other device of choice. It works great, but as I sai,d the instructions need to be more detailed.

I got this to run advertising pieces on a projector during the week. It decrypts many current protocols and can be used by itself along with a portable memory option. I don’t need to use nearly any of the advanced features this has but, the 30 channel capability has me wanting to set up a second one to use recorded classes for crafting. The video quality is really clear with minimal fragmentation and the unit is powerful for something so small. As per the ease of use, proper documentation would simplify the process a lot. If this technology is new to you, have someone skilled available to help you get it up and running. Great hardware at a good price.
