After completing IV chemo for 6 months, followed by oral chemo for 2.5 years out of a prescribed 5-year regimen, I experienced terrific inflammation (swelling) in the affected areas, and extreme bone and muscle pain for the duration. This brand is consistently good. Always relaible and I feel pretty good when I take it. Actually, my husband won't admit it but he suffers from all over body pain for a variety of reasons and this product works. He feels better and gets around without feeling like life is draining him. If only he would take it regularly, the two capsules per day isn't asking much.

My brother started using this and insisted I try it for my leg cramps.. I used it for a few weeks and had no results. He said to take 2 in the morning and 2 at night, and eventually I noticed I was having fewer cramps. I used to have to get up several times a night with charley horses (in calf) and also the horrible cramps in my thigh. I got them in my feet, ankles, and sometimes my upper abdomen and arms. One night after dissolving the quinine pills (that are supposed to stop the cramp) under my tongue, I watched the clock until the muscles loosened. Eleven minutes of agony! After about 2 months of using turmeric, my leg cramps were greatly reduced. I've gone through several bottles now, and it's still working. I frequently feel my muscles tightening up like they are going to cramp, but they usually dont reach the final excruciating stage. When they do reach that stage, it's not as severe, and just walking around for a minute or two relieves it.It also seems to be helping my arthritic knee a bit.I bought some Theraworks several weeks after I started the turmeric, and was thrilled that when used as directed, the cramps stopped. Now I wonder if it would have worked if I hadn't been taking the turmeric. This supplement is pricey, but so worth it to reduce pain to such a great extent.

This product is amazing. In order for turmeric’s anti-inflammatory properties to be absorbed it has to be coupled with black pepper and a fat. These pills have to formula down right.I first started taking these during my pregnancy and has relief from my plantar fasciitis and carpal tunnel within days. I wasn’t sure if it was the pills or just my body changing. About a month ago I decided to try them again, using a little bit of my leftover “stash” and starting seeing similar results. I also run and will sometimes double up on extra tough run days. These are absolutely wonderful for managing inflammation, and ultimately the pain associated with inflammation.

Someone recommended me to take this for my diabetes. That person told me that this was the only thing that worked to help lower her blood sugar level. My A1C level was pretty high so I figured why not give it a try. Well I took this and other supplyments to help with my diabetes and it went down and then I stopped taking it because I didn't think I needed to take it anymore but 3 months later I went back for another blood test and the results didn't lower as much as it did when I took the tumeric so I knew that I had to reuse it again.

I had severe knee pain. Dr said knee replacement may loom on horizon. I started taking these last winter for and now have no knee pain at all. Swelling is gone. Try these before you have surgery.
