I rarely leave negative reviews, but this product deserves a serious warning. The treadmill arrived with a crooked, unstable stand and poor build quality. Even after carefully following all setup and maintenance instructions, including proper lubrication, it began to vibrate violently and now feels unsafe to use. The build is VERY cheap, the noise is unbearable, and the entire unit feels like it could fall apart at any moment. This is absolutely not the product shown or described in the listing. After less than 30 days of light use, it’s already defective and unusable. The belt came with tiny wholes on them, and no place to lubricate it. Save yourself the frustration and wasted money, this treadmill belongs in the trash, not your home gym. DO NOT BUY IT!

Update Day 32 after purchase: Seller contacted me, helped me tighten the handles. Great Communication ( added star). Now can use the bars while removing my clothes, like my previous pole job. Works great. The sellers is good because communication in detail to help anyway they can. Bought two treadmills to see best. Using it easy simple. Bad Handle bars loose , not sure how to tighten it, tried to search but no one has done it. Screw turned it but doesn't tighten. Good Size compact, easy use, cardio needs met. Good machine but the only thing it came with lubricant, not sure where it goes but im trying to get fit not willing to do anything sexually naughty. Got it for a week Will update further...

Perfect fit for walking running and storing away

In the manual it says that a workout can be paused and then resumed, saving the previous progress. That isn't the case. Upon pressing the play/pause button the treadmill goes to zero and erases the progress. Because of the row of buttons on the top handle I'm paranoid about touching it and accidentally cancelling and erasing my progress- something I've done several times now. This is incredibly aggravating and I wouldn't have bought this walking pad had I known about this. Another complaint I have is that it's impossible to see the screen with the desk on. There should be a small display on the top bar. Update: seller has made things right with me which is an amazing gesture. They say they're changing the manual to be accurate. I would recommend they also change the wording in the main description. It says it has a 12° incline whereas everywhere else it says 8°. Probably an honest mistake but it's important to some people and a 4° difference is lot. Update: I'm going to be giving this thing away. I currently spend more time adjusting the belt and trying to keep it from moving from one side to the other than I do walking on it. I've lubed it. I've tightened it down before adjusting it. I've loosened it before adjusting it. I gave up on raising the table up because it just works it's way back down. The controller went crazy and started lowering the speed as if a button is stuck but it seems to function correctly physically. I'm just extremely frustrated in this machine and I would give it one star if it weren't for the seller giving me a refund. Don't count on that happening for you though- don't buy it. I'm off to adjust the belt again. *Final Update: it's not the controller. With no batteries in the controller the treadmill will turn itself down and continue to beep at lowest setting until I unplug it. I guess I got a dud. This was the highest treadmill when I bought it. This straw broke the camel's back and I dropped Amazon. No trust in reviews. Not worth the cost.

I like this walking pad a lot. Easy to use and has good tracker. I’m 128 lbs so feels stable, hubby is 235 so it wobbles a bit in the bar stabilizer. He doesn’t mind it though.

Under item description for the model that I purchased, it Stated that the product was foldable. When I got it home, I realized that it was not and therefore could not fit where I wanted to place it in my small apartment. Requesting a refund was fairly simple until I realized that the final return destination would be China. Trying to figure out how and where to ship this product from -which united states postal service would be able to handle this return because it is not clear from the return label. Now, I will probably have to contact Amazon customer service to send the seller a message inquiring where I can take this very, very heavy package to return it... with no access to a car.
