Didn’t work had it plugged in for 3 days and on high heat and didn’t warm up my pool at all

Good heat pump

Great addition for my pool. Hard piped it in yesterday. Ran it all night and the pool was warm enough for the kids in the afternoon. Outside was around 75 degrees and pool water was about 88 degrees. Pulls little current (7ish amps), and is super quiet. I bought it for the cooling function as well. Can wait to test that in the heat of summer next year.

Wrong drop off location

I am very upset about this Heater . It was left on the sidewalk. Extremely heavy and I was injured trying to get the box to a safe location inside the gate. My instructions are very CLEAR

best customer service

Bought this last season worked great. When setting up the heater for this season we had done something wrong. We were amazed by the customer service from this company. We wrote them an email last Monday morning expecting never to hear back but the got a reply and a phone call back within a couple hours. I have to say this is the best customer service i have gotten from any customer in a very long time. They walked us thru the issue and in minutes we were up and running.
