Very comfortable waist trainer belt!
I have tried several other waist trainer belts, and this is by far the best overall! With the breathable feature, I can wear it very comfortably all day under my clothes and also during workouts. I can barely feel it! Going to order one more in a different color.

Short torsos only!
My problem with this is that it is so short! I do not have a long torso by any means. It is like the belt wants you to pick between muffin top or back fat. Then on top of that, it buckles when you sit so you spill out anyway. I returned

I don't think all of these are the same so it might be a hit or miss... My sister originally wanted this so she ordered XL but it was WAY to big for her. So me, being much larger then her, she bestowed it to me. I wear a 4x in shirts, and it fit me with extra room... so just jot that down....

Great for the price!
I ordered an XXL since my waist is 40.5. I wear a 14/16. So, I measured my waist a few times before ordering to ensure my chances of buying the correct size. Although the belt fits, it's a little larger than I expected. I plan to order an XL and a L in a few weeks. In the meantime, I plan to attach additional velcro so I can tighten and extend the belt.The quality is what you would expect for the price. Sometimes, the back (under shoulder blades) rolls down when sitting. The velcro snaps seem pretty durable but they're too bulky to wear out. When snapped, they don't lie flat.The belt is perfect for waist training at home, the office, or at the gym. I recommend purchasing a waist-trainer with hooks or spandex material if looking for shapewear that can be worn under a fitted garment or a special occassion.

Loved it ... quality is super nice
I love this product, the quality is nice and perfect for me. I wear small and when I wrap it around my waistit is perfectly fitted on me. Thank you and I hope I can get to order more of like this for my sister and brother.

While this waist trainer does do a good job of cinching the waist in the manner of a shaper, it is MUCH too short. I should have listened to the other reviews that stated the same thing, but I thought since I have a very short torso (I'm 5'0") I wouldn't have the same issue. I was wrong. Bottom line: If it's too short for me it'll be too short for anyone.

Waist training on a budget. lol
Decided to try waist training and didn't want to keep purchasing smaller sizes trying to find the right one at first. So I ordered this one since was so adjustable. Tightens up drastically or not depending on how much you can take. lol - loved that i could just readjust it if it was to tight for to long through out the day. It isn't very wide - really only about 8 inches so if you can position it just at waist but then you have some serious bat fat and muffin top to consider. - so I placed a snug corset on and then this waist trimmer over - PERFECT!! makes it were I have an entire trunk of support and then can tighten the waist as small as I want.

Best waist belt ever!
Best waist belt I've ever had! I have a small waist and couldn't find a belt that was small and flexible and provide support. This belt does it all! Worth every penny!
