I wish I didn't like this flavor so much - it's crazy expensive and very hard to find. DAMN YOU old episodes of holiday baking championship for feeling me there is such a thing as blonde chocolate! It's a toastier deeper flavor than white chocolate (which I find too sweet) and I love it!

Delicious. The chocolate comes as a load of small oval pieces about 1" x 0.5". Not in a bar, as I'd been expecting. I guess they expect you to use it for cooking rather than for guzzling.
