Queen Size Montessori Floor Bed with Slats, Door and Guardrails, Espresso

Easy to put together, looks nice, and my son loves it. Would be better if the slats were a little stronger; if your child wants you to lay with them till they fall asleep, be careful getting in and out, you may very well break a slat putting all your weight on one foot on top of one.

I love this bed. I wanted a floor bed for my youngest and she absolutely loves that she can climb in and out by herself. Easy to assemble and seems really sturdy.

Great quality! We’ve had this bed for our toddler for months now and it’s holding up really well. We were concerned about the support slats during the put together process, but we’ve had no issues even when both of us adults lay with our toddler to put them to bed.

Great floor bed for price. Assembly seemed like a lot but was very simple but did take some time to assemble. Very sturdy once mattress placed in. Looks great and can’t complain. Perfect size for my 1 year old to climb in and out of, perfect size for adult to sleep on as needed.

All the components to assemble the bed are included in the box. The screws etc. are labeled but the other main wooden frame parts are not which isn't a huge problem as they are less in number. You will need a way to drive the screws into the wooden frame. I used a handheld automatic screw driver and sheer force to drive them in. The bed looks as advertised and the parts that are touched in normal use and are visible have quite a premium feel to them. Initially me and my wife thought that the slats were way too flimsy and would break when we put the bed on it but to our surprise, they have not broken yet. For the last part of assembly when you are screwing the slats onto the frame they include a wooden bar to help you space them out. We unfortunately did not realize this and our slats were very lopsided. It hasn't caused us any issue yet but here is just a warning for you guys! We decided not to use the gate for now and thankfully it doesn't really look like it's missing a gate so you have that option!

The bed is really cute but definetly for toddlers and not babies. My daughter is 7 months old and could pull herself up to stand by the railing and we realized she could easily fall over it. My other issue with it was when I went to lay in the bed the slats creaked A LOT (I am only 165 and do not exceed the weight limit) and it honestly just didn’t feel super safe. So if you were thinking about getting this for a baby, they would probably be safer off with the mattress on the floor

It's nice and decently sturdy, but the mattress in the photo must be like a mat or something because fully built a normal full size mattress meets the rim of the top thus taking away its entire purpose. We have to remove the bottom slats and wood so there was more of a lip to prevent our toddler from rolling out. It works not, but means the fram is no long as study and is squeaky. The door isn't great. The latch does just barely stretch over and easily comes open.
