ill fitting
This whole chair protector confuses me! I thought there would be one strap to place over the back, but there are straps on each side of the "chair back". So, I do not know what to do with the straps! I have had others with the one strap that worked perfectly to keep the back in place. It is also ill fitting. Very disappointed. I have another one coming for another chair which I will have to return.
