Great supplement for psoriasis sufferers!
I've been suffering from psoriasis for so long i've given up counting the years! This product is now one of my daily tablets. I'd had blood samples taken and the results were that my vitamin D was low. I now try to get more vitamin D and D3 because in the winter months, i'm not getting much sunlight working in an office and going in/going home in the dark. These are a safe dose (4000 iu) of vit D3. At this price, for a year's supply, it's fantastic value. Very happy with purchase. Recommended.

Stopgap
I must admit I bought these whilst waiting to be prescribed such tablets from my surgery. It means I have some in stock should I have to wait between prescription renewals. It is imperative that I have these Vitamin tablets.

Prefer capsules
These I find leave an after taste and are a little hard to swallow for me. It's a personal preference thing I think, and I prefer capsules, which I couldn't get in the dosage this time around. Probably won't buy again.
