update 8/24/2021:Love the stuff been buying it for months now!!! My biggest gripe I’ve had is that the previous size was not a pound so I’m thrilled they released a larger size! What took so long?! I used to have to buy 4 individual bags but now I can buy just 1 with the exact same value. It doesn’t take much space in my cabinet now and I don’t have to use as much. Plus it lasts forever! Thumbs up in my book.I thought for a moment, is four times sweeter really necessary? I'm used to buying the 1lb bag of 1:1 from Lakanto, and recently realized that after about 2 cups the bag is practically empty. Many of the recipes I'm experimenting with require close to a cup of sugar, which meant that I was running out rather quickly. I can't keep buying a new bag every week. So, I took a chance with this and I'm pleasantly surprised. I used less than a 1/4 of a cup, which gave me the same equivalency as a cup, and my dish came out perfect. In fact, it actually tasted a sweeter, which gets an A+ in my book. I'll use a bit less next time, but my point is, this is top notch. It's already saving me money and will probably last four times longer than I'm used to.

Still LOVE the product. However, price went from $18.99 for a 16 ounce package to $14.99 for a 10 ounce package. Use to cost $1.19 per ounce and now costs $1.50 per ounce. Not sure I'll be able to continue to buy this product because I'm retired. May have to look for another manufacturer. I know the ingredients are expensive but this increase is just too much for me to handle. So 10 stars for the product and 1 star for the price increase.

The trouble is: there's not enough in the small bag. It's only a couple of cups; does it come in larger sizes?

This type of blend is really hard to find in the market! I originally tried a similar 4x monk fruit blend via a generic brand earlier this year, and I was hooked. The price was suddenly doubled and then eventually disappeared - haven't seen them since. Ever since then, I have been stuck with all of the sub par 1:1 sweeteners, which are pretty dull in comparison. I randomly saw this product a week ago, and had to get it. It is literally the best sweetener blend on the market, and once you start using it, you can't go back to the others. There is no comparison with the quality, taste, sweetness and value.

I've tried every Monk Fruit blend and they just don't do it for me. They are not as sweet, have little to no Monk Fruit, and I have to use a large amount whenever I bake. I tried this brand and I was blown away. First of all, it tastes great. Whatever they do to get the blend right is superb. Literally, no after taste and it looks just like sugar. Second, I love that I don't have to use as much because it's four times sweeter, so it last way longer than some of the other brands I picked up in the past. Literally, baked a cake with a fraction of the amount of sugar needed. Delish! Definitely buying more.

I was using monk fruit for a year and loved it but the company is out of it at this time. I tried this brand and it is horrible. Has a horrible after taste. Couldn't even drink my coffee. My husband threw it away. I love monk fruit but not this brand.

I saw their ads online and it definitely peaked my interest, so I decided to give it a go. I never liked the idea of putting a CUP of sugar/sweetener into any recipe. Have you ever thought about how big a cup is? It's one of the reasons I love the concentrated laundry detergents, because you only need a tiny bit and it works. This is concentrated sweetness and it get's the job done. I used less than a 1/4 of a cup on my brownies, and they came out great, plus the flavor is simply stellar. I'm done wasting my money on the other 1:1 blends. This is definitely a must buy!

I'm new on the Monk Fruit train, and I'm personally not a big fan of the powdered versions. I'm a bit old school, so I need something closer to the look and taste of sugar. This is quite good. It's granulated so the texture is perfect, and the taste is incredible. One caveat, use even less than what's on conversion chart - it's really sweet, so you don't need much at all. If you are looking to get started with Monk Fruit, I highly recommend starting with this version first and then maybe working your way up to the pure ones. For now, this is doing the trick. Two thumbs up!
