No manufacturer packaging
I have numerous Horman garage remote and every one has come in the manufacturers box complete with instructions and warranty. This one arrived in a box that was too big, no manufacturer instructions and no warrant….just a comp slip and a folded sheet with minimal instructions….on the picture you can see my previous remote on the right and the one I’ve just received in the left. Makes me think it isn’t genuine to be honest
