It's only a shirt? There are pants coming with?

Hello Lee,This is an officially licensed Star Trek costume. Which includes the T-Shirt only. Add just your own black pants and shoes (not included) to complete this look as shown.

Large as in adult or child

I got thia for an adult... it was size xl and fit xl man fine.

What’s the sleeve length?

For the medium, I found the sleeves a little long. Sorry, I do not know the length.

How do the sizes run? I'm only 5'7 and 160lbs - Would a small big too small for casual (non-baggy) fit?

I bought ir for my husband according to their size chart and he basically could have paired it with a belt and worn it as a shift dress. I suspect small would be fine...
