Best band ever!?
Microtella fitness band is the best smart band I have owned. I've tried other fitness trackers in the past, but this one is definitely on top. The packaging was very professional and explains very well the features of the fitness band. I like the design and how easy it is to charge. No cables are needed. The app integration is so seamless and using the fitness tracker requires no effort at all. It automatically starts working once you put it on. It keeps track of your steps, calories and sleeping patterns, and shows it on a graph. The watch has multiple faces you can change to. The screen displays my texts and lets me control my media player. The GPS works great when I go for a run or biking. I am very pleased with this item. Would definitely recommend it to anyone

Get what you pay for...
For a inexpensive unit it has a lot of nice features...however...I returned mine for the following reasons:* It would not keep a charge for more than 24 hrs.* If it did lose a complete charge, it would lose all data. No tracking.* It has a low step count. I walked 2000 steps, while also wearing my old Fitbit Flex. Flex - 2006 steps, Microtella -1555 steps.* There is no way to adjust stride length for accurate distance. It says GPS can be turned on, but the distance when I look on Google Earth, are not close.* Again, wearing both to bed...the Microtella delays my sleep start time by an hour. Flex is spot on.For $39.99 it does a few items of interest, but I'd rather pay $129 and get a better Fitbit.

Fitness Tracker
I have tried several fitness trackers in the past few years including well known brands, but I can tell you that this product stands out. I get all the same functionality, and more for less than half of what I paid for my last fitbit. I use the sports modes almost everyday and provides very accurate results. Something that I really like from this smart band is their sleep monitor, it tracks the number of hours you sleep. I have changed my sleeping habits and it has made such a big difference. I wake up so energetic and ready to go about my day. I appreciate that the seller followed up with me to make sure I am satisfied with this item, and offer help if I had any problems. I also checked out their website and they have very useful tips on how to set it up, how to use it, and you can ask questions if you don't know how to use the smart band or the app.

Good product, good service.
Had some trouble pairing this at first, and then my dog ate the manual so I had no idea how to fix it. I then turned it off, but couldn't figure out how to turn it on. I contacted Microtella directly via email and got a response within 24 hours. They were very helpful, helped me fix both problems, and sent a pdf copy of the manual. This is my first fitness watch so I have nothing to compare it to, but I like its simple look, it fits well and seems to work as it should. It's been a few days now and the battery life is around 90%. The customer service was also great, so pretty happy with the purchase.

Poor heart rate monitor
I really like this watch. The interface is pretty simple, and the app works fairly well. I bought the watch to replace a failed Garmin HR. Battery life is great. The USB charging setup is great - no cable needed. Love it! Band is of good quality, and works well. I just hate the heart monitor. It puts out inaccurate data. When my heart rate is 66, it says 56. When it is 140-150 during exercise, its say 98. I've tried the band tight, loose, high. low. It just isn't accurate. That's a real bummer for me as I want to track my physical activities.

Worth the money
After reading the great reviews I decided to give it a try, and I am happy with my decision. I have been using it for over a week and I still love it. First impression is it's pretty stylish and good looking, (mine is green), and it's pretty light. I use it to track my sports activities and receive message or phone call alerts. I like kayaking, so water resistant is a nice bonus. Battery life is also decent. For 40 bucks, it's certainly a good buy.

Steps not very accurate. Sleep tracker doesn't work at all
I really like the feel and look of this thing, it's great. However one of the biggest reasons I bought it was for the sleep tracker and that hasn't worked at all. It hasn't picked up a single minute that I've actually slept so far. Not one. When in the app it shows troubleshooting for certain questions and for the sleep detection not working it doesn't have anyway to fix the problem or say what it could be. I would like to hear back from the company on how to fix it. It seems defective. The steps are accurate at times and then I'll take 200 steps and it calculates it as 1200, so that's also very innacurate. If it starts working I'll change my review and I hope that's the case.

Thank you
The app is very easy to install and connecting it to the band is very easy. However learning how to use the watch takes time. There is too many options and you can get lost when using the touchscreen. After a few days I was able to navigate the menus and how to use most of the festures. I am very satisfied. The packaging looks very professional. I would recommend a bigger user manual because it is hard to read. Their websites listed in the box also provides good information and videos to get the most out of this product.
