Fun to eat, tasty
This stuff is good and fun to eat. The strands of pasta are hollow, and thicker, more chewy than regular spagetti. We love it. Very tasty.

Light, delicate, pure semolina wheat - authentic Italian
Beautiful bucatini. It is thinner and more delicate than other bucatini, which typically is much larger and harder to eat. This bucatini is a manufacturing marvel, because it is light and thin. It is 100% pure semolina, not like the pasta from Turkey, Egypt and other places that is mixed with other materials. La Molisana is pure, and pure Italian.

Hollow inside
I didn’t expect the hollow bucatini pasta to not retain the sauce. Just my preference to be able to pick up the sauce with my pasta…..and this is not the pasta for that. Otherwise I love this brand of pasta.

The best spaghetti in the world
Ok, they are not spaghetti, but called Bucatini. They are a little thicker in diameter and they are hollow. And after trying them, I will never go back to regular spaghetti again. This pasta is awesome, a bit hard to find and a little pricey but worth the effort and money. Cooks in 7 minutes vs. 11 for regular spaghetti.

Great product but short expiration
I have bought this 18 pack before because we love this pasta served at a local restaurant. The only problem I have with this delivery was the pasta use by date is 10/2019. My last order from 2016 had a use by date of 9/2019, so its not great you should have to use within 7 months.
