Q: Is this the newer model of pe021? what’s the main difference? can i buy the mask without the neck one?

I don't know is it the new model but you can't buy it without the neck one, they are together

Q: Is there a difference between the strength of the wireless mask and the original mask that had to be plugged into the socket?

No idea. I do know I am glad I have the wireless version, and it is lighter. I put pad across the top of the mask as I get slight red marks either side of my nose otherwise. They fade quickly though anyway.

Q: Does anyone know how you know it’s fully charged when charging it. I can’t find anything on the charge but that says it’s fully charged thank you .

The unit takes some hours to charge before the first use and between several treatments fully. A LED light on the unit shines red after connecting the charging cable to the unit and plug into a mains socket. When there's a green light showing the unit is fully charged. So Again, the unit takes many hours to charge fully, so be patient.

Q: Does this have a flicker option

No, but I don't see why you would need it. There are five different brightness levels in a max 60 minute timer increased/decreased in five minute increments.
