Best by date was only 1 month away.
I love this coffee and bought 2 bags, but very disappointed that the Best by date was only 1 month away. I won't be using this seller again.

Excellent Aroma, Earthy, Flavor. Love It.
I made my first pot this morning. To be honest, I could not detect any salt or caramel taste, as such. To be, it had an earthy flavor, somewhat similar to some organic Kenyan dark roast I had several years ago. This, however, was a little smoother and felt familiar to some of the best dark roast blends that I’m accustomed to. For sure, I will be buying this in the future. I wish, though, that I could get a bag of the whole bean variety. Five stars out of five.

deep coffee flavor with a hint of caramel and salt
This coffee did not smell remarkable in the bag, just like good full coffee. But when brewed and drunk there is a great hint of caramel and salt. I don't like overly powerful flavored coffee, and too often 'salted caramel' means WAY too much salt, so I appreciate this Panera coffee, which I hadn't tried before. Very good..

Expected better, didn't get it
What can I say besides I expected more from Panera and this was just okay kind of... It's a lighter roast then most and the flavor it's not really there. I don't like coffees where the flavor hits you over the head either but this just fell flat in every way and I was angry at the price we are paying because of the name Panera on the bag. This is not something I will buy again.
