The insoles, as skeptical as I was, do help lower back discomfort. However, the little points on the surface hurt the ball of my foot. I left the front intact to determine placement in my shoes, but cut a crescent shape opening in front of and surrounding the front-most 'magnetic' acupuncture bead.

I saw an infomercial with something similar to this product, so I thought I would give them a try. When they showed up they were just in an amazon envelop with no packaging and no information, I know they were a lot less than the "As Seen on TV" ones but I expected at least a description and a how to use.... Which I received neither.......I tried them out very uncomfortable would slide about in the shoe, tried both sides same response, would not work, they kicked arround my living space until they found their way to the trash..........Not a product you want to try its not the same

I am torn on my review of this product. When I purchased them in Sept 2018, I actually really enjoy the feel of them. In the winter my floors are always cold, so I wear slippers, but they would end up hurting my feet after a while. These were a great massage for me and relieved my discomfort. I came back to purchase a set for my mother - and am astonished to see these went from being $2.50 to $39!! They are not worth $39 - they are nubbed cheap plastic that you trim to size to fit in your shoe. I don't see how they can justify charging that much. That's crazy.

I like the price. I had seen others fornmire money. The 1st day I wore them they hurt my feet. But when I got home from work and took the off I did notice my legs didnt hurt. The second day was better it didnt hurt my feet as bad again I came hime from work and took my shoes off no pain in legs. I wore for a week with no leg pain. Didn't wear the following week and leg pain was back. I do have really bad veins in my legs.

I received my insoles yesterday, and used them to walk my dog this morning. I researched this product before I bought it, and the recommendation was "wear them for 30 to 45 minute walk a day". I wore them for the recommended time, and I feel great. I think many people are "overusing" them, and it is causing them pain. Yes, the product arrived with no instructions, but if you do your research ahead of time, you won't cause yourself un-necessary pain. I find today that my back, neck and hip pain has been greatly reduced. I will be wearing them every day when I walk my fur baby. Yes I recommend this product, and have ordered 3 more pairs.

I guess that I would expect a miracle to happen with these. Very uncomfortable when wearing with sneakers, Saw no real benefit in this item. I believe it is more mind over matter when hoping for a gimmick item to help with age related aches and pains. Would not waste my money as there is no confirmed medical history that magnets help with pain.

These are by far the worst insoles I’ve ever bought in my entire life. Standing on hard magnets in ur pressure points all day sucks. I’m in construction, and come about 1pm my feet hurt so bad I had to take off my boots and let them recover from these stupid insoles. Worst invention ever. Don’t waste your money. What a joke

I have severe lower back and hip pain along with Fibromyalgia and when I saw these advertised by the physician who invented them and read the reviews and comments of those who have used them I decided to try a pair.....At first they feel strange, but I have never had this type of object in my shoes before....but after wearing them for a while I really think they are helping...I don't get as tired and my hip and lower back pain doesn't seem to be as severe as it is when I don't use them....I AM IMPRESSED.....and want to get more for my other shoes and boots....

I did not know how important our feet are to our health and happiness. Even though I have been investing in comfortable footwear, I was amazed how so much body pain disappeared after I put these insoles into my shoes. The quintessential element of happiness is footcare. You simply will not feel good unless your feet are well taken care of. This product is a great investment in footcare without spending a fortune.

Viene para recortar a tu talla, están fáciles de usar, pero no he logrado usar más de una hora, se supone que son para muchas cosas entre esas el dolor, pero están medio incomodas

Wrinkled up to toe. Not easy to slide foot in without having to hold back of sole. Took out to try again another time

awful quality and completely unfit for purpose, i only opened it to realise its a terrible quality and i cant return it as they wont allow returns, beware
