My FIRST ORDER was excellent...A VERY good product, highest hair guality and a natural front. As good as the best! My 2nd order not do good as there was a large bald streak stretching from the front to midway in the middle of the head going front to back. They gladly returned it and I was refunded by Amazon in 2 days.My 3rd and most recent order was EXCELLENT! As good as the first one. Hair quality, swiss lace quality, invisible front hairline, all were of grade 1 quality. Customer Service by Abby is MOST EXCELLLENT. This is now my permanent hair source as I have switched away from the expensive hair system salons costing much more. My only advice is don't cut any hair system in yourself. That you must go to the experts for.5 STARS.

first time i ordered 2 full swiss lace units color 2.one unit was ok, the other unit was not swiss lace (looked like stiff pink german lace, thicker than french lace), not color 2 but color 4 with a lot of red tones and worse thing: some parts of the unit had already a haircut at 4" hair length, it was not 6".so i sent back this unit for refund and till this day no answers and no refund about this productsecond time i ordered full lace color 2, hair length 6"...only hair color was correct.i received PU perimeter with monofilament base (not a full lace model but a very different model which cannot be resized, extremely old type model, extremely unntural).i sent it back for refund but this time i am fed up with wasting time and money to ship back items and risk losing money like on my first order which received no anwers/no refund

I have always been conscious about my receeding hairline but according to everyone else it ‘isnt really that bad’ but its a huge insecurity for me. So i decided to order one of these wigs and disect it so it fit my receeding hairline and it was amazing and gave me so much confidence back to me, this is my 2nd buy from NLW, i decided to go full swiss lace this time as more practical for me personally. They provide amazing customer service

The hairline part is fine and natural. However, the rest part is not so good. The hair knots on mesh is quite big. The mesh is rough. For the person who has sensitive scalp it could be very irritating. Will use as a back up, but won't for everyday use.

The hair on these hair pieces is very very dense, unless you had extremely think hair this looks very unnatural. The colour was very dark, much much darker than the pictures and the knots aren't bleached, even though it says they are. This makes it look like you have dolls hair! The hair is swept back as advertised, but it is so swept back that you can't get it to stand up at all. So unless you are going for a sleeked back style, I would go for something else! The hair advertises itself as virgin hair... it is absolutely not... it's processed and coloured. Not an issue, but it implicitly states it's virgin hair. Very disappointed and a waste of money for me.

I would avoid buying, I brought two systems #2 and #4 for 2 clients of mine I was embarrassed of what I have received..#4 came in a golden green colour and was bolding but he was desperate to put it on as he's older one was rough, so will have to put hair dye on..#2 in pictures is bolding no thickness to this system at all the main part of the system ( front ) has a big bolding patch already.. I have asked for refund so hopefully will get money back..

Makes a mess of the whole house - hair everywhere.Have given them loads of feedback - but I don't think they are interested in improving their products.Such a shame. When you talk to them - seems like they just want you to buy and don't care about aftersales.Have bought about 6 units from them - just to make sure it wasnt the odd dud product - but all the same - hair falls out after 2 weeks. Mess everywhere. AND something else I noticed, previous units weight 70g for medium density. Now they weigh 58g. Are they trying to make their hair supplies go further? Very very unfair practice.Oh, I weight every hair peice now and if under - I send it back. I only use them if desperate an no other companies able to supply.
