Great light for walking/running
Just got this light about a week ago and so far I really like it. I'm 6'4'' 225lbs with a 48" chest, and I've been wearing it over a heavy sweatshirt and the bands are not being stretched out.. The manufacturer changed the light, so it does pivot now. There are distinct positions the light pivots into and will not move unless you change the position. The position I use is at about a 45 degree angle and the path is well lit with most of the illumination about 6-10 feet in front of me. The unit is lightweight, comfortable and you won't even realize you have it on. It came fully charged , and after 4 hours of use, 4 of the 5 battery strength bars are still lit. We'll have to see how the unit holds up over time, but as of now definitely worth the money. UPDATE-- The day after submitting this the unit went from 4 bars to 0 bars on a 1 hour run. The light went off and each time the on/off button was pushed the light would stay lit for about 10 seconds. It's probably wise to charge the unit after a couple hours of use at the most.

Great charge, good for being seen
Great and easy to recharge. The light is bright, 3 settings. The flash isn't independent from front to back so if you want a flashing back you'll have to deal with flashing in the front as well. High beam is bright, low is decent. Feels good to wear, no slipping or sliding around. Using a headlamp may be preferable because it goes where you look, but not having to deal with something on your head is really nice. We'll have to see how it holds up in the rain. The pivot is OK. Lights on the back indicate how much power is left. If I could change anything I'd have an option to turn the front or back light off. I have used this pretty much daily for 2 weeks now.

BE SEEN BY MOTORIST - Very bright LED light and long lasting charge
UPDATE - 11 months since I purchased this item.... the switch has broken loose inside the light housing now it will not turn off. Will purchase a new one because I like the product. Still wish they would make the straps reflective! Bought this in Oct 2018... has worked flawlessly ever since. I walk for 2 - 5 miles in the dark and have never run out of power. Very bright (2 solid light modes, 1 flashing mode) lights up my path and can be seen from a great distance. People always say they cant miss seeing me on the road. Several other people in my area have purchased after seeing mine. Wish the strapping had reflective material sewn into them for greater visibility and wish there was a feature to direct the beam down a degree to light the road directly in front of me, I used a racquet ball behind the front light to tilt it down.

Worth it!
I often walk my pup at dusk and dawn. This item produces much light while on and walking. 3 light settings, bright, blinking, and soft with a red triangular caution light in the back.. I feel much better walking in more light and Pup likes it too. The light can be rolled around in short proximity to see more forward and side views. I am a women and the chest light is a bit big, but still a winner. The straps are adjustable.

Not for trail running
I'll start by saying I got this for trail running and this review is assuming that as the purpose of the light. If you are considering this for walking hiking, or road/park running, it's probably fine. There are two problems with this light that make it unusueable for me. I tested this light on a hilly 4mi trail run. 1. Side-to-side bounce. Because the light is fixed to your chest, it will angle side to side as you run because that's what your body does. I found this to be problematic as the light would not stay focused on the trail, causing me to miss rocks or small drainages from time to time. 2. Lack of aiming This is similar to 1, but bcause you can't aim the beam like you would a headlamp or flashlight, corners become very problematic as they're almost entirely blind. There is some overflow, but the main light is so bright that you can't make out anything else. Additionally, getting the beam in the right place in front of you requires active adjustments. The light does have a few detents that allow you to aim the light at your feet slightly ahead, way ahead, or straight ahead, but when running on hills, you need to constantly adjust it up or down to illuminate the ground appropriately. There are a few things the light gets right. It is nice and bright and very comfortable. And the entire reason I got it is because headlamps blow out shadows so you have no depth perception on the trail. This light is great for seeing the ankle breakers, but for the reasons listed above, it doesn't work in practice.

Works for Runners
A lot of these reviews are from people who mainly walk or only jog a little, based on what I've seen. I was left wondering if this thing would really hold up for a runner. I'm a sub 3:30 marathoner, currently averaging about 55 mpw. This thing is great. I regularly go for 90 minute runs and the "low" setting is easily enough to light my way, even on streets with no lighting at all. Keeping it on "low," I'd say I only have to charge once every two weeks. I haven't worn it in a complete downpour, but it hasn't skipped a beat in sustained light rain across several exposures. I highly recommend this product.

Broke within 6 months
The night running light is great for brightness, comes with three settings for brightness and flashing light in the front and a constant light in the back. It is a little confusing to put on and adjust but relatively light weight but definitely noticeable on the body. My biggest issue is that it broke within 6 months. A piece from where it charges came off and stuck onto the charging port, meaning my light no longer works. I will not be re-ordering the product as there are better alternatives.

Also, Great for Bike Rides on Roads!
The straps are stretchy enough to fit on Bikes! There are 4 settings 1- Hi 2- Low 3- Strobe 4- Off Strobe is great for being on roads! It will help other drivers see you on the road! Still bright enough to see where you're running/riding. It is bright enough to see the road ahead! I would recommend attaching it bike helmet so you can turn your head and see around. Overall, I wouldn't recommend using this or really any product during pitch dark for general safety. But, good for early morning or late evening runs/bikes/walks/etc where there is ambient light (streetlights, moon light etc). It definitely will help people in cars notice you and not run you over (or get too close). Also, good for early morning runs through trails (after sunset or before sunrise). I don't go exercise on the roads before 5a or after 8P. I used it for my long bike ride when it was 72F at 530A but sunrise was 615A ish. Got back at 730A, it was already 76F. Light was still on full bright the whole time an when I got back.

Great product for walkers, runners who are out in early morning or evening hours
This is a great option instead of a head lamp - and the lights on front and back provide great visibility. Easy to put on and adjust.
