Great book
Came in good condition. I LOVE this book. Besides all the information, the size is perfect since I'm constantly opening and closing to look up an herb. It's approx 7-1/2"x9" which includes the spiral. The herb list is long, it explains what it's used for, any warnings, the energetics, the properties, where to buy it, dosage forms. There are sections about making herbal preparations with fresh plants, extractions, etc. along with a few pictures of the equipment. I used this book to study for becoming a Naturopath.

The knowledge and detail is so helpful. If you only buy one book on the subject, this is it.
LOVE LOVE LOVE this book! The detail about their craft, equipment and dosages is so clear. They go above and beyond in every chapter. It is so easy to read and follow. I swear they cover EVERYTHING. I'm blown away by the detail and the collaboration. I appreciate the coloured photos. Nothing is worse than wanting to learn about a subject and have black and white photos, especially if you are going to put it in your body. It would be nice to identify it through colour as well. I especially like that I can choose the style of binding. For books like this, I prefer spiral bound. If my house were on fire, I know I would grab this book. That probably sounds weird, but I am a bit a book freak.
