ok ! here is what i think about the product after reading all the comments by the other users ! well, i found the item to be very trendy, cute , powerful and a must have for compact families ! i found this item to be one of my best "value for money" product ! i am totally satisfied with it ! in the review section , i found that many customers complained that it vibrates very much , so guys, if the machine has to rinse your clothes, then it has to vibrate too -- isnt it ? as the motor is very powerful, so that comes with it ! but, i found a solution for this and if one follows what i have done then they would see that this vibrating too much issue can easily be resolved ! i have placed the machine on a bathroom stool (as shown in picture ) and have placed it in such a way that it`s back is totally touching the wall behind it ! so when after washing the clothes, one wants to rinse, he will notice that there would be very minimal vibration done by the machine, as it takes the support of the wall behind it to be stable and the stool behind it takes most of the vibrations and dilutes it ! this way i dont have to hold the machine in that (vibrating ) state and it works quite fine ! so do give it a try like this ! finally , it is an awesome product and working totally fine with me, and putting it on a stool saves it from getting wet too from beneath ! thanks and regards, bobby chauhan :)

Update after 11 months of use - It stopped working after a smell of burning wires and then we tried to contact the Customer support. It took several calls and repeated reminders to get a technician to pay a visit. The home visit is worth 300 and the motor replacement is for 1200. The repair person checked and said the motor is fine but the timer has got spoilt and charged 450( after haggling)+ 300 . The machine runs but is not taking load. Earlier it could wash 3-4 heavy clothing but now doesn't move much with even two pieces. Getting it repaired is turning to be costly. If I get the motor replaced now it will cost me 1500 + 750 from previous repair.....that's more than it's 3/4 cost price...... I am in a fix.... Should I buy new machine or spend more on this ?? This is not a good deal if it gets spoilt ... My original review 👇 I bought this for a young family member who just joined college in a new city and needed a washing machine that didn't occupy much space and is in budget. Now this has been in use for the past 15 days. Let's get on to the review. Pros The machine is only a bit bigger than the average bathroom bucket and indeed occupies less space. It is made of plastic body and is light weight and fairly tough. The quality of the material is decent and for this price point it is good. It looks cute and it is difficult to believe it can be a washing machine at first glance. There have been many curious visitors who had to see it to believe it. It is very easy to use with just two turn knobs. A washing knob which can be adjusted to get a wash cycle of up to 15 minutes and the spin knob to have a spin cycle of up to 5 minutes. A detachable Waterhose is provided to put water inside. There are issues with it ( see cons). Instead of connecting it to the inlet it is better to just put it inside the tub. If the machine is away from the tap then a regular hose pipe can be used instead. The machine can be filled up to 3/4 level. There is a drainpipe which overflows if you fill it more than a particular level and ensures you don't overshoot the level. The machine can take in good number of clothes. The first time it could wash 3 tshirts, 3 shorts/ bermudas, 3 pair of socks, 3 UGs and a kurta. And it can wash your double bedsheet or two pair of jeans easily. It is very useful for a single person or a family of two if laundry is done daily. When washing is over, the drain pipe is supposed to be lowered on to the floor to allow the dirty water to drain out. If you wish to spin it then it is a tedious job. You will have to remove all the clothes and then adjust the tiny spin basket and it has much smaller capacity and ( see cons). So what is better is to simply squeeze the water out by hands and then refill for rinsing. So filling and draining is done manually only. The machine does take some load off. It spins in clockwise and anti-clockwise directions and washes the clothes well. So one doesn't have to do any rubbing of clothes and lifting of buckets with this. It consumes very little electricity and can be run on inverter ..according to the seler ... which we haven't tried yet. Cons The hose provided for putting the water in doesn't fit well into the slot. But can be just hung inside the tub. The spinner is not good enough and even after the spin you can squeeze out water from the clothes. So it is almost a useless attachment. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Having said that this is still a good option for college students, single adults and a family of two. It saves you the trouble of putting hands in detergent, rubbing the clothes and lifting of buckets and draining water from the buckets . It is regularly available in lightning deals and you can go for it then I find this machine to be amazingly simple in operation and design and a good bargain in budget. It's good machine for washing clothes only the dryer is not much useful It only drys upto 30% to 40% Noise is extremely low It's easy to use Size very compact and fits in small space Try to get it in sales it costs less try to get it in 4k that could be much value for money

Absolutely amazing machine. The first machine I ordered was faulty, water started leaking from the base of the machine on it's very first use. But the Amazon C.C. was very helpful and they taken back the machine the next day and refund my money within few hours. After this, I ordered again this machine. This machine is absolute darling. Not just by looks but also in Quality. The design is Superb and the build quality is too good. There is plenty of Space in the machine. On it's very first use I washed, 4 t-shirts, 2 pants, 1pair of undergarments in total 8 clothes and on my wonder the machine runs smoothly. After that I tried washing Jean's, Bed Sheets and other clothes, they all wash nicely and cleanly. Undoubtedly a very Excellent product from Amazon and Hilton and it's totally 'Made in India' 😙🇮🇳.

Machine is excellent in condition. Good at washing light cloths. Value for money does not fit to batchlors as the machine cannot wash 4-5complete rounds which get heat n stops working for atleast 5hrs. Motor capacity has to be increased which fits the cost exactly. U can was one jeans in one complete wash but need to rotate it 2times means 30minuts. One Trouser n one light shirt can be done in one wash. Inners 6_7maximum in one wash. Helpful only for Baby cloth in superb. This is a choice of Batchlors & Newly married couple for which daily was need to be done for not picking up your cloths & avoid machine to overload. In a day 5washes 3cloths maximum of 2.5kg in each round can hold it. At the last suggestion for Manufacturer is to add machine capacity to 1.5times to wash & doubel speet to Spin for drier & also an alaram to notify the wash completed. Drier could not be used till now with my experience as I have done close to 10wash which already overloaded the machine capacity. If daily was is done then might washer useful but I don find the speed that matches the drier which is same as wash speed. I received on 14th November & posting on 17th @Rs.3500.

Have been using this machine for couple of months now... We are a family of two... Usually we use it for washing our regular casuals and loungewear and it's very helpful in that.. haven't tried washing heavy duty bedsheets or large jeans or winter clothes in it... But for usual light wear clothes...it's very convinient.. washing is up to the mark... It's totally 'value for money's The rinsing doesn't make the clothes completely dry... They are still sort of wet but not dripping either... Cons: Since .the machine is not automatic..one has to be around to drain water and fill water and and transfer clothes for rinsing ... But overall it saves a lot of time..

Update: After first wash I found its base is tilted and thus it shakes while washing and put pressure on the motor and water drops from the base while washing which in long run damage the machine so returning it. Pros: takes lil space, light weight, looks cute, can be run on inverter, low electricity consumption Cons: only for gentle wash and can't wash very dirty clothes as the wash power is only 190W, spin system is useless so its only good for washing clothes, power wire is too short, drainage pipe is too little, you probably need a stool or chair to place it during use Plz read the manual carefully before use I will update my review after 1-2 months of use Im a hosteller so this is a life saver for me otherwise if you want to buy it for home then better spent a bit more and get a decent washing machine.

We have an automatic washing machine, but we needed something else to wash old person soiled clothes. We had space constraints also. So we bought this. Pros: 1. avoids sitting on the floor and hand washing. 2. Serves our purpose well to wash soiled clothes separately 3. Space is like a big bucket 4. Customer service was very helpful to answer queries 5. We washed 3 lungis/munde, can fit 1 or 2 more. Cons: 1. Instructions are not very clear. The manual is useless. According to the manual, we put the washing powder and added water, the water kept draining frothily.. water wasn't retaining in the tub. So we called customer service and they asked us to hook the discharge tube up, and also sent a video on WhatsApp. So first lesson, if you let the discharge down, water will drain. Later, we heard that there is a YouTube video in English. Wish they had linked it here. Also, instructions were in English which is ok, but thoroughly confusing as the sentence was not coherent and making sense. The customer service number stuck on the tub is a better bet. 2. The drum cover cannot lock on to the drum, so it came flying off (inside the tub only) within a second. 3. Spin drum capacity is too less, could fit only one ladies saree skirt or 1 dhoti. We were afraid to stuff more in case it would break. My mom decided to just air dry the rest of them without spinning. 4. Water drains 30-40% only, but it's ok, as you can dry them out easily with hand or air dry. 5. We had to use wash cycle thrice... I.e.first time, water, powder and dry soiled clothes... then set timer for 10 minutes, drain and then, for next 2 cycles just added water and washed for 10 mins and drained. It is a bit of work if you are used to regular washing machine, but this is less work that hand washing. 6. Machine heats up slightly, but not alarmingly. It is advisable to give time after every 25 minutes or so, to avoid overheating 7. Machine shakes a lot while spinning 8. Not sure of warranty and how long product will last 9. Bit expensive Having said all this, we are happy that we don't have to wash soiled clothes while squatting on the floor. Hopefully, if it doesn't give problems, we will be very happy and it would be a worthwhile investment. Reviewed May 2023, will update later after some more times of using.
