All the features are exactly the same as mentioned. Only part is noise cancellation, it does not really up to the mark but I would rate 7 out of 10.

First they sent me a defected item. Mic wansnt working. Thanks to amazon, I got the replacement. Within 5 months of use I started getting issues with sound. Just after a few seconds detoriated sounds starts coming while attending meetings. I have to plug in/out it mutiple times to manage a 30 min log meeting. I thought its temporary issue. I kept on using it for another few weeks. Checked with two machines and in different apps it behaved same. Then finally contacted the support team. Couldnt connect to support agent over chat after spending around 15-20 min with chatbot. Email that I sent to their support email was rejected by the server. Then I chose to leave my email address with the bot so that they can send me feedback when real agant is available. Got response after 24 hours that I need to trouble shoot as per the steps given. That was a super scientific guide where I was told to restart the machine plug in out the headphone correctly. Did that and responded. Then they asekd me for purchase proof which I have shared already. Still shared again as I was looking to solve the issue not delay. Next I got the response that I need to visit the service center. Wow, this I never knew. 3-4 days wasted with chat and emails. Now 2-3 days will be wasted with Service center I guess. And I am feeling they wouldnt slove the issue either. I'll update the review after visiting the service center. In the meantime chose your next headphones brand carefully.

Average headset considering the price you pay.Pros: comfortable and ergonomic, light weight. Mic is sensitive.Cons: No dedicated mic or volume button (big disappointment), also the mic is not unidirectional. I'm used to the mic being on the left side of my face and this headset doesn't let you rotate the mouse to a full 180 degrees. Audio clarity is average, I attempted to play a few songs and also PC games and the sound is not at all immersive, a huge disappointment. The mic is too sensitive, now let me explain why this is a con - it picks up mouse click sound, fan breeze, almost everything. I had to fasten a sound dampner over the mic to fix this. Now Logitech should have provided this for free in the first place which they have not.Overall, I'd say don't pick this headset if you can shell out Rs 1,800 there are a lot more headsets you can choose from.

The headphones are lightweight, so that one can use it for longer time. I work in a company where I get to engage in online meeting sessions for more or less 6 hours a day. The product never feels heavy on the head. Never have I ever felt buzzing sounds post usage of the headphones. Sometimes I consume online OTT entertainment using the same headphones, where the sound quality really shines well. It gives a very rich sound that one can differentiate the beats wherever possible.Talking about the mic quality, it captures the sound too well that sometimes we need to use noise cancellation apps to cancel nearby person's voice. Although I feel it does reduces the mechanical sounds to certain degree automatically which is a good feature.I am using this product for about 2 years now and Iam really satisfied with the product. I highly recommend this product. It's really value for money product. However, if I had to nitpick a bit, it's noise cancellation could have been a little better.

This product is amazing as it is comfortable and easy to use if you are working for long hours. I have been using this headset for the past two months but to be honest this was a re-order and the previous one I had used for approx two years (had to replace because the headset cover got torn - the only minus). The audio quality is excellent and noise cancellation even though there, you can hear the surrounding environment if it is not a quiet one. The mic quality is also superb. The price is a bit on the high side but it's worth it if you look at its durability and I got it on time without delay and at a discounted price too thanks to Amazon Prime!!

Product is good.

Love it. So comfortable and easy to set up and use. Just plug and play. The sound is clear and the mic works really well. No issues were noted by the listener. The headphones cancel out noise very effectively. There is just one thing to note (which I assume will be with all over-ear headphones) the issue with glasses. After some time the band over the ear pressing on the glasses arm can get a little tight. In terms of quality, this has been amazingly good. For this price, I did not except such a nice headphone that works this well and the functions it comes with. Very pleased with the product and would recommend it.

Super simple. Plug it in and it works well and is comfortable for a very long time, super lightweight. I find my ears don't get hot, like they do with headphones that cover the ears, but the pleasing thing was the great sound quality - super clear.

It is fit for purpose and have good quality comparing to price.
