I love these earphones a lot that I bought this second in a year. The sound quality and bass is amazing. Overall it is easy to carry them anywhere. But the most irritating part is that despite of so much complaints on poor rubber quality on wires, JBL is not working on this. The whole product quality degrades it there. If you use it on regular base, the wire started getting tangled and cut started appearing on the whole wire. I went to customer support and complained it about thrice but they are not working out on this. One needs to buy new earphone after 7-8 months of usage. What is the point of spending this much amount for such a non durable product like this. The mic stops working when such cut appears on the wire. Feeling so sad that have to go for new headphones again. JBL should maintain their product quality by using good quality of rubber and plastic.

I am a fan of JBL earphone since when i using my uncles earphone six years ago.Now the earphone give same better audio qualityAll the 3 Bass, treble and vocal are mid and quite nicePackage was nice covered with small white paper for both eartips and earphoneFor safety purpose buy earphone case because it is Fully wired like rubber so may be cause wire tearing problem,it is not like mi dual dynamic driver earphoneTotally it is good productThank you.

Even though the product in itself is quite good - mine got damaged due to a manufacturing fault where in the glue came apart & even though it was within warranty, the just told me that it's my fault & didn't process the claim.And it's the second time it's happened to me - though the quality is good, if in just 2-3 months of use it's going to break there's no point investing so much money in this product. It's not worth it

First thing, I got the notification regarding delivery of earphones on Sunday even though I had not received them! I contacted customer service and the lady assured me not to worry as the delivery partner had scanned wrong code for wrong delivery. It happened with me for the second time. First time was few months ago when I had ordered kaspersky antivirus. I think they do it on purpose to boast about fast delivery record!Anyways, the earphones arrived 2 days later and the first impression regarding delivery wasn't so good as there was simple plastic bag without bubble wrap, probably because product costed less. Still, I don't think it would've costed Amazon too much to add bubble wrap.Earphones were in a plastic box, so they were safe anyway, but bubble wrap is a nice touch, so I request Amazon to add it again even for deliveries under 1k. The plastic box was also not properly sealed on both sides (no tape or anything on one side. Could easily open in 1 second). Thus, at first I suspected a used product but earphones were tucked inside properly like new pair and also didn't feel like used when took them out. I'd recommend proper sealing to manufacturers, just to eliminate doubt!Earphones are not so sturdy looking. A thin wire as compared to my previous earphones which came with my Nexus 5. They lasted 3.5 years and were nice.Performance wise, bass is just about OK, treble is more pronounced and mids sound flat. Voice of artists and mid notes lack punch. If you intend to listen to voice details in songs like classical singing, natyageet, bhaktigeet, or rate voice of an artist like Arijit, Anand Bhate, Mahesh Kale, Rahul Deshpande above music, then you'd be a little disappointed.Of course, I am saying this because I also own Sennheiser HD 202 II headphones and they are just amazing for sound details, clarity and overall sound experience. I understand that these two are from totally seperate catagories. But I just want to say, if sound (and specially voice in songs) is of utmost importance to you, please try different brand, preferably Sennheiser.Mic is good. Made couple of calls and the other person could hear me perfectly without issues. Changed songs with the button (play, pause, next, previous everything worked well). At home, I use Sennheiser HD 202 II. I bought these mainly to use them when I go for a walk so that I can listen to songs and receive calls. They serve their purpose well...therefore gave 4 stars!Comfort level is good. I am typing this review with earphones in my ears, and I've been wearing these since past 1.5 hrs. Medium level plugs that were present on earphones as default are good enough for me. Haven't tried small and big ones.I take good care of my earphones and that's why my previous ones lasted 3.5 years. I don't have high hopes form this Jbl pair though. Let's see!Finally, these are good earphones from a reputed brand for general purpose, don't expect anything special!Special Note: These are made in China, its mentioned on box and also on a tag on earphone wire. So if you have decided to stop buying China manufacturerd products, stay away regardless of cost, quality, comfort, warranty.

This is the worst product I have ever purchased from Amazon. A one-year warranty was promised, but it was never honored. I bought this product twice, and both times it stopped working within exactly three months.Despite the warranty clearly mentioning one year, the company refused to replace the product. Even after calling Amazon multiple times, nothing was done to resolve the issue.I strongly advise everyone not to buy this product. This feels like a scam where the warranty is promised but never actually honored.

Such an amazing earphones, even being a sound engineer I use this earphones to mix and master the songs professional, we mostly prefer flat response studio monitor headphones, but still I like the tone and color of this earphones especially the top end crsip which is considered as JBL's signature tone and also the earphone is very transperant being able to hear each and every minute details in music, my strong recommend for a music enthusiastic i consider this earphones over professional studio grade headphones ✌🏻

Could have been better

Very bad product, not connecting to my phone and laptop. I reached to service centre but they are also not supportive. I called the amazon service centre but they are the worst. The first one was saying that they will replace the product but it will take 3 working days, so I waited and no response has been received. Then I called them but now they are saying the policies are not allowed to them to do the same. They blaming the customer for not checking the policies. Yes I made a mistake by not checking the policy, but it was happen mistakenly. I am a genuine customer of Amazon and really like this platform. But after this I am going to delete the application and stop using the amazon.
