Base of Jack Stands legs are 13 1/2 inches apart with each leg having a 3 1/2 inch round pad welded to legs for stability! From Floor to top of Base Stand 27 1/2 Inches! Center Tube is 28 1/2 inches Long & 3 Inches Round With a Base Pad Welded on top 5 inches across and 3 inches Wide with Tabs welded both sides of the long side of Pad!

Can I use raising a deck

Ten ton means just that. I am using them in an auto shop with concrete floor. I'm not using them for construction. I would try them because I was pleasantly surprised by the quality. On linte tool stores were charging around $500.00. I just don't know what types of floor or footings are needed.
