Perfect periscope

My kid LOVES this! Got it for a child's 5th birthday gift
You can see around corners and into spaces you otherwise wouldn't fit into. My 5 year old loves it. Word of caution - don't submerge it in water or leave it outside overnight. It's very well made, but requires some care. Our son left it out overnight on accident, which got some moisture inside it. Good news is, it dried out and is just fine. But we're going to be more watchful. We love this and expect it to last a very long time.

I see you; you don’t see me!
When faced with trying to compete with the “other grandparents” who spend lavishly on stuff that’s not really fun, I stepped back into my childhood for something fun and useful. A periscope is the perfect tool to check the top shelf of the freezer for ice cream without making a noise. Hee hee! And it’s fun for spying too. I should have ordered two!

I don't recommend buying this. The view through it is blurry and doesn't have a wood scope.

Good reflection. The kids loved it. Less plastic than some versions, but still ….. plastic.

Build a fort so you can use it. Creat an opportunity and teach what it’s for!
Like the concept. We had one in the 40s. Great toy for submarine missions (boxes). And spotting enemies spotting sneaking up on the fort.

Bought two, both blurry
The feel of these periscopes feels like quality, but like other reviewers have stated, they are blurry. I purchased two of them and both are blurry. So it’s not a fluke like I was thinking after reading reviews. Super disappointing. They are also rather small. But the kids would have loved them.

Great toy!
It is honestly so cool to see how much fun someone can have with such a simple gadget. This really opens up a whole new world of exploration for my son. It works surprisingly well and is sturdy enough to handle a four year old. Watching him get so excited about peeking around corners never gets old.

Great for preschool
When we pickup my 2 year daughter, she always cries when she see us. With this item we can clear see what she is doing without noticed by her.
