Yes, all of the D65's being produced have the Yellow NB sticker on them. It stands for "No Bluetooth". Digium stopped including the Bluetooth feature on the D65's.

What bluetooth headsets are compatible? Can I add more than one bluetooth headsets and switch between them without re-pairing?

Digium gives a nice summation of the compatible Bluetooth headsets here: https://www.digium.com/products/ip-phones/compatible-headsets In my experience, the Plantronics Voyager Legend is one of the best, although the Jabra's are well respected as well. I would not recommend trying to pair multiple headsets to a single phone. Chances are you'll end up re-pairing fairly frequently if you do.
