Not value for money

Its flavour less, initially u will feel like unable to gulp with water, but later one gets used to it. Best part is no foul smell despite coming in plastoc container packaging, good quality dirable containers. Value for money overall.

chia seeds have small stones and taste very bad..my worst purchase from amazon ever and that too they are very costly I mean 150 gm flax seeds i got for 90 rupees from amazon this total 150 gm flax seed plus 150 gm chia seeds costed me 347 rupees..I thought each container would be of 350 gm but its 150 gm flax seed and 200gm chia seeds

Flax seed was ok but chia seeds were not upto the mark also it had tiny stones in it, it doesn't expands like other chia seeds,small in size but packaging was perfect and the delivery too was quick. The delivery boy too really helped me to get Amazon pay balance.
