Iam 35 kg which size should buy

As far as am aware there is only one standard size that is available in his Kare Adult underpad so the standard size should be good enough.

The Size Code for the Kare In Underpad is L (Large) Measurement (approx) - 60cm x 90cm

Is it to be used with diapers

It depends on how one wants to use it. If there is fear if diaper leaking then would recommend using it with diapers especially for adults. While I used for my baby and want to let the baby be free if diapers for couple of hours a day. Multiple uses and now that my baby is grown using it as a potting training pad for my house puppy.
