Orders twice and both times the printer came with the message ‘ damaged cartridge’

Original cartridges are the best
COD delivered as stated on the listing.Personally original cartridges are the best. Besides my OfficeJet 6500 doesn't accept refilled cartridges. Recommended for Small Offices.

the HP inkjet printer does not recognises this cartridge.
Both the new cartridge, but it looks like misses some chip, the inject printer fails to recognise this cartridge. it print anything but black. looks like need to go to shop and get. new one again. total waste of money. don't know what to do.
