Can you clarify how long Repour lasts? Is it single use (meaning one on, when off throw away), one bottle or something different?

Repour lasts for days, weeks or even months. We've had bottles of wine saved with Repour stay perfect for months. Each Repour stopper is good for one bottle of wine, even when consumed glass-by-glass. When storing a saved bottle with Repour, to enjoy another glass, simply remove the Repour stopper, pour another glass and then restop the bottle with the same Repour stopper. Repeat as needed until the bottle is empty, One stopper-One bottle.

Is it necessary to keep the wine in the fridge?

Not necessary with red wine, as long as you'll be drinking it within a few days. With white wine, you'll want to, because you'll want to drink the wine chilled anyway. But red or white, the wine will last longer if refrigerated. Just remember to take red out of the fridge an hour before serving to bring it to room temp.

Repour verändert die Aromatik ins Ungute...

Ich habe 4 Repour mit 4 verschiedenen Weinen ausprobiert. Alles hochpreisige Weine $ 70-180. Jeder Wein war anfänglich fehlerfrei. Kein Korkfehler noch sonstige Anomalität. Jede Flasche wurde nur mit 1 Repour neu verschlossen und über max. 5 Tage angebrochen im Weinkühlschrank aufbewahrt. 2-3mal geöffnet und gleich wiederverschlossen. Wir haben dies an einer Weinmesse ausprobiert. Somit professionell getestet. Das Ergebnis ist nicht zufriedenstellend. Keine Oxidation - das ist korrekt, aber es muss eine weitere Rekation mit den Weinen stattfinden. Ausnahmslos alle Weine waren anschliessend aromatisch stumpf, hatten eine krautige, beinahe chemische Aromatik. Wir kennen die Weine und können mit Bestimmheit sagen, dass sich die Aromatik aller Weine in allen 4 Fällen negativ entwickelt haben und kaum mehr mit dem Ursprungsaroma zu vergleichen waren. Dies nicht nur in der Nase sondern auch gustatorisch am Gaumen. Wir werden wohl die restlichen 21 nicht gebrauchten Repour-Stopfen wegwerfen. Das Produkt ist professionell nicht zu gebrauchen. Und privat wird es wohl auch keinen Spass bereiten.

Works very well, can be used more than once if you keep it on a bottle filled with water. I have a tiny flower vase that it sits in like a wine bottle. We’ll need to look up where to recycle once I finish the pack.

Don't waste your money !

I originally ordered a 10 pack and honestly was quite impressed with the effectiveness of the product. After I finish the 10 Pack I decided to order the more economical 48 pack. Unfortunately this package is useless and as effective as just putting in the original cork. So it was a total waste of money. This shows me they must have a quality control issue or the shelf life is so short that again it's useless. Very disappointing!
