Philips HS1 12636BV Blue Vision Headlight Bulb (12V, 35W)

Much better than the stock bulb, not too bright like the LED ones.

Waste defective Bulb the light is not upto requirement and upto rating it's too dim light, also upper light is not powerful. Local bulbs are performing better than this philips one not worth 350rs, it should be below 120rs as local 110rs bulb is performing better. My money has gone to waste. I was not in city while receiving it otherwise i would have returned it as the return duration passed out before i could check the product.

Two points like others have mentioned1. Its not white light or white with a shade of blue. The light is a bright yellow colour.2. Brightness is not very high, just slightly better than stock bulbsDon't know if it is quite value for money, there may be better options available. But what you get with Philips is a quality product. I use this on my TVS Apache RTR motor bike and I can definitely certify that this is of much better quality than the bulb the manufacturer installed. I find that the bulb does not have the yellowish tint to it (due to the presence of Sodium gas). So, this means that the light beam is quite clear and therefore very helpful at night. Bulbs with high sodium content also tend to wear out soon. But since this bulb doesn't, I presume it'd last much longer!If your bike battery is reasonably well maintained and charged, I am sure this bulb is more than enough for the daily commuter needs. Unlike the HID/ Xenon lights used by some, this doesn't affect your battery in the long run and is also street legal.The packaging was very well done, with lots of papers and bubble wrap inside to protect it. I would really recommend it for any interested buyers!

Low beam is goodBut poor high beam

It is better than the Phoenix bulb which was fitted in the company....it is not white but it is near to white kind of bluish you can see the colour only at the complete darkness......way better than the original I would recommend you to go for this if you need brightness and the vision needs sharper to drive at night times...just make sure your bike is capable of HS1-12V 35W.

0 stars will be perfect for this junk !!! not worth buying no difference between the stock and this, infact the stock bulb is even better than this simply ignore this thing and go for other options and this illuminates yellow not white
