Lenovo K8 Note (Fine Gold, 4GB) with New System Update

Pros: 1) front camera 13mp wit flash2)dedicated sd card slotCons: 1)battery backup is very poor(performs like 2500mah)2)poor display quality(on compare with other mobiles)3)gets heated very rapidly4)phone switched off automatically while using hotspot or tethering5)apps crashing frequently6)total lifetime of this mobile is 1 year(maximum)...aftr 1 yr of usage, most of this lenovo mobiles stucks with lenovo logo itself....... Poor,poor,poor

We noticed a problem of back camera. It was taking hazy pictures and was not able find out the reason. As front one was working and not able to spend any time to go to service center, it lapsed the warranty period.Mostly because it has taken the vapor inside of the camera.In previous models of Lenevo I was very satisfied and recommending people. But the same type of problem I received from my relatives whom I recommended in recent past. I think quality is dropping for Lenevo products in this price range. Hence I would recommend try some other product line other than Lenevo and it may be a better choice nowadays.FYI, I recently bought Oppo to try out in the same price range.

3rd class phone.. Never buy this phone. After using this phone for ten months I had to change the motherboard due to frequent restarting issues. Luckyly that time it was under warranty that's why I didn't have to pay anything. During my visit to service center the technicians told me that they have found the motherboard related issue in this handset. Almost all the users face this problem at least once in this handset. Currently it's been 1yr 10months since I bought this phone again I am facing similar problem of frequent auto restarting but this time it's not under warranty thus I have pay for it to get it repaired. So won't recommend anyone to buy this phone.

Really pissed off with the product. This is the first product I bought from amazon not even 2 months the phone is switching off automatically not responding at tyms ..apps suddenly stops working etc. Bought mobiles from Flipkart earlier still no issues working perfectly fine. Extremely disheartening with the product delivered by Amazon.

Hey guys writing this review ( 25 oct 2018 ) after getting a replacement of the same regarding the same issue which i am going to talk about.Lenovo rolled out the sept 5 security patch update where it totally messed it up. Why?Its because the phones battery drains rapidly while THE BATTER TAKES HELL LOT OF TIME TO GET CHARGED. After the update, my phone charges upto 4% in every hour. Speaking the same to lenovo CS, they will tell you to do some steps that u cn blindly say that its not going to work.SOLUTION - U need to visit to the service center and get ur phone a new software that only the service center can flash claiming it will resolve all the issues. SERVICE CENTER EXECUTIVE ACCEPTED THAT THEY KNOW THE PROBLEM AND IT CAN ONLY BE RESOLVED BY THEIR SIDE SPECIALLY FOR THE LENOVO K8 NOTE!!Kindly if you are planing to get one for you. Please dont even think of because the phone impresses just on papers and not on practicality.

Mother board complaintI bought two Mobiles for my dad and aunt both were facing issue automatic on and off issue..If we take it to Service centre they just like that says that this model has this complaint instead of repairing it better to buy a new one . How can they say like this we had spend almost 13+ k in buying the device just to hear this..

Lenovo phones are a complete useless:They release an update and the your phone is screwed. As soon as you update your phone many wierd things happen like continuous auto restart for no reason, battery drain, quick heat up. Look at the forums of Lenovo k8 series it is loaded with issues. And the only solution that Lenovo support center gives is "factory reset", "reboot in safe mode". They have no other solutions. Lack of technical expertise at service centers. At the end to fix this issue they take 2-3 months to release a patch .

Very poor quality fone. Does not even last for 16 months as the internal board has some problem hence could not be charged. Hotspot and tathering cause nightmare as it continuously restart. Heating is another problem. Its very bad quality product from lenovo. Infact i bought one and my friend also bought one due to my recommendation based on the specs. But both of us had very bad experience.
