VamooseSmoke Odor Remover, Fresh Scent, 32-Ounce Spray Bottle

I bought a used car. There was the faintest tinge of smoke smell, but I didn't think much of it because it had obviously been thoroughly cleaned. A few days after purchase, I left it on the top floor of a parking garage for a couple days where it cooked in the sun. Getting back to the car the smell was worse than if someone was actively smoking in it.After a bit of research, I stumbled onto Vamoose. Another review mentioned that you have to wait awhile for it to really start working and it's true. I didn't notice much of an improvement for a week or two. Now it's been a month since I sprayed and the smoke smell is almost gone. I just hit it again and expect that in another month the smell will be completely gone unless I missed some spots.Yes, it seems expensive for a bottle whose packaging has the look and feel of the dollar store, but it actually works and doesn't just cover up the smell with something else. Totally worth it to kill the odor.

I bought a massage table to use for reiki off craigslist and the seller didn't mention that it came from a smokers house & said it had just been in storage & was practically brand new. They also met me with it outside with the item on a windy day, so that I didn't notice how bad the smoke was until I was half way home. The table and case were absolutely saturated with smoke smell. I was so disappointed and worried the purchase would be useless due to the excessive smoke smell when the table itself was in otherwise pristine condition. I wasn't sure with the material of the table that I could get the smell out without risking ruining the table material. I tried a few natural vinegar sprays & running an Ozone machine over it, but no luck. Thankfully found this stuff. It took about 3 separate really thorough soaking applications to clear the smell out along with letting this sit outside, but this stuff WORKED!! I have an extremely sensitive sense of smell and I can't pick up a hint of smoke on it now. It also seemed to not harm the table material, and I wiped it down with vinegar & water about a week after the last application and there isn't any residue smell from the product left. **There is a slightly odd smell with this as it is working but I didn't find it to be bad, but probably b/c stale saturated smoke smell is way worse to me.**

Inherited a car with heavy cigarette smell. I sprayed the headliner, seats and carpets. Cigarette smell is completely gone, works as advertised. A couple things though, the pump sprayer that comes with it is useless, I swapped it out for another one that provided a fine mist spray in order to do the headliner. I overlooked the scented description or might have gone with unscented alternative as the scent is a bit to strong for my nose. Additionally, the use directions on the back are nonexistent, you really have to go to their website to find comprehensive use instructions, there are important steps you need to follow in order to maximize the effectiveness, but damned if this didn't work where other methods had failed!!! Highly recommended on effectiveness, with a better pump sprayer I would have given 5 stars.

Oh this kills cigarette order but don't last a long time. The company should make it condensed so that the consumer can make at the least 2 gallons with the price. The product is good but too expensive for the amount because one it falls on your floor and makes it sticky. Like i said if the manufacturer would make one 22 oz bottle send an empty 22 oz bottle with a small bottle to measure how much is needed to put in the emty 22 bottle then I will buy this again. And make the instructions like this. Fill one empty 22 oz bottle not quite to the top with purified water then add a small bottle into that 22 oz bottle it will make it more less sticky and it will still be powerful and people will purchase more of it. But sorry I wont buy anymore of it because it makes my floor sticky when it falls on the grounds when spraying and it finishes to to to fast. So its great product but to many things in my way to purchase it every again.

We were thrilled to find this product at amazon since we wanted to make sure that there is no tabacco residue left in our house after my father-in-law who smokes stayed at our house for three nights. Though he never smoked inside of the house, we just wanted to make sure that our little ones were safe from it. The day that we got this product, my husband read the instructions and started to spray it onto the kitchen area including windows and a countertop, a guest room and bathroom. The moment he started to spray it, I started with an asthma attack including unstoppable coughs which have been lasting over a month and a half now. I'm currently on Pulmicort to calm down inflammation in my respiratory system. I was diagnosed with the pre-stage of asthma about three years ago and I haven't had any issues for about two and a half years until we tried this product. Due to this incident, I had to be in treatment for a month and a half for the worsened symptoms. I contacted the company to complain about this and they simply wrote us back saying this product isn't toxic and it can be removed with warm water. However, this sticky residue that this product leaves as other reviewers complained is very hard to remove with even Soapy hot/warm water unlike the company insisted. I had to hire cleaning service to remove it from my house twice, and they had the toughest time removing it as well. It has very strong scent which irritated my throat and eyes. Can't believe that this product is be used in hotels?? I'm going through so much trouble and spending a lot of money because of this product. The WORST experience ever!
