Q: How do you like this speaker? I'm tempted to buy it but no one, and I mean *no one* on the internet, has reviewed it.

I've had this speaker for about 4 or 5 years and I love it Huge sound from it, and the battery lasts, even when playing loud. Get about 5 or 6 hours. Great bass , crisp highs. I recommend. I like that it is not a smart speaker always listening to me.

Q: Can you group 2 of these as a left channel - right channel stereo pair?

You can group these together through the Google Home App to play the same content and have the same functionality that other Chromecast speakers have but they will not function as independent left and right channels.

Q: I bought a Vizio 2.1 channel soundbar surround sound system, can this be grouped with this speaker?

The SmartCast Audio products such as SmartCast Sound Bar's and Speakers can be added to a Cast Group through the Google Home application. If you are wanting to connect the speaker to the 5.1 then that would not be possible other than through Cast.

The answer yes eventually, but not yet. These have cast built in, but the version of cast is not the version that supports voice (1.21+ supports voice, these are 1.9). Google and Vizio have said they are working to update the cast firmware for home support but it might be a couple months.
