Initial confusion but all good
Initially there was a delay in delivery which caused me bother. When it arrived it was not as the photo. However, after a bit of research I found that Hitachi have changed their brand name to Hikoki so was mollified. It worked well.After I contacted the seller about the delivery delay they refunded me the express delivery charges which was a very good gesture.Overall I am satisfied with the charger and their service. Would advise that they change the photo on their offering and maybe explain the change of brand name from Hitachi to Hikoki. This would stop initial confusion.

THIS IS CAUSING ME SLEEPLESS NIGHTS AND STESS---I HAD A TRIPLE HEART BYPASS NOT LONG AGO AND I HAVE NOT GOT TO GET LIKE THIS. AV
THIS ITEM WOULD NOT WORK FOR ME I RETURENED IT AND NOW FIGHTING FOR A REFUND, THIS IS CAUSING ME SLEEPLESS NIGHTS AND STESS---I HAD A TRIPLE HEART BYPASS NOT LONG AGO AND I HAVE NOT GOT TO GET LIKE THIS. AVOID THESE PEOPLE LIKE THE PLAGUE
