Water become heat in very less time and remains for more than 12 hrs.Very nice product

Bad product. I purchased it & got it installed on my own paying extra for installation from Orient Guys. The geyser started leaking in 15-20 days. Called the service guys they said tank is faulty and lodged the complaint. After 10 days they come up with new tank and fitted it. After we days - we were getting lukewarm water and useless even we set as high in regulator. Again i complaint to customer care- they came and set it at high.. it was working fine but they made it direct..now user can't adjust the temperature.Again Since yesterday it completely stopped and we are getting electric shock as well.Very bad product, Bad experience with Orient.

Very good product at this price range. I am using this since last 6 months and I am satisfied with product.. but there is no service centre available across all cities. No response from orient for installation request raised so I had to find an electrician for getting it done

Used it the whole winter and was very satisfied. I was told that if you want to use the geyser with your shower you need to buy a larger geyser otherwise there would be no pressure. This one works fine. Water gets hot very quickly. I would recommend it.

I have mounted this in horizontal position and I am not very happy with its performance. Its not very efficient and I hardly get 5-8 liters of hot water. I think its better to stick to brands who have geysers as their core competency like Racold, Bajaj,

The media could not be loaded. Worst product...

A good product..or should say "so far so good". Have used it for one season and has found it flawless.Hope it works the same way for years to come. No complaints.
