Not sure if was delivered the latest edition
I received the book in good condition and the book is really good.However this should not be tried by beginners.I was shown a book with specification as 400 + pages but the one i received is just 256 pages. I am not sure which is the latest one and why amazon is showing two different books in the same page.One is 256 pages and the other 400 + pages.I am not sure which is the latest edition. If Amazon clarifies it will help other buyers too.I am bringing down one star for this confusion

Amazing and useful book for beginners
If you know little about yoga, this book woll be essential to you. You can learn basics and most important asanas on daily basis. Overall a great book.

Simply too good. This book is excellent if you are a serious yoga practitioner. Step by step illustration, detailing of minor and major steps to accurate once practise in Yoga. It also includes a proper guidance on Pranayama and healthy Veg recipes. Quality of print is excellent worth the price you are paying.

Dieses Buch ist für mich perfekt, um die Asanas und Variationen in der Linie Sivananda / Vishnu-Devananda zu lernen / aufzufrischen, auch wenn mir die Basisausführungen der Asanas reichen (es ist trotzdem faszinierend zu sehen, was möglich ist :-)).Der Hauptteil des Buches besteht aus den Asanas, daneben wird noch auf Entspannung, Atmung, Ernährung und Meditation eingegangen.Die Anweisungen zu den Asanas sind sehr gut.
