This shampoo is not sulphate free as mentioned in the product description . It's does contain sodium laurel sulphate . This is very much disappointing . I didn't like the shampoo at all . It makes hair sticky after wash

I have been using the Just Herbs Shampoo for the past year because it actually used to be a 100% chemical-free product. I trusted this brand. However, they have secretly changed their formula, and they are now completely cheating their loyal customers. If you are a returning buyer who trusts this brand, or a new customer looking for a natural product, please DO NOT BUY THIS. You are being misled by fraudulent marketing. The online listing still heavily promotes this as a "natural" and chemical-free Ayurvedic product, but when my recent bottle arrived, I checked the new ingredient list on the back. It is shocking. This is a complete scam compared to what they used to sell. Do not trust the front label. Here is what they are actually putting in this shampoo now: Sodium Laureth Sulphate (SLES): This is now the SECOND ingredient! It is a harsh, cheap chemical detergent that strips natural oils from your hair. This is NOT a mild or sulfate-free formula anymore. Dimethiconol (Silicone): A synthetic silicone that causes plastic-like buildup on the scalp, blocking real moisture and causing hair to become brittle over time. Synthetic Detergents & Plastics: It now contains TEA-Dodecylbenzenesulfonate (a harsh commercial cleanser) and Acrylates Copolymer (liquid microplastics used as thickeners). Artificial Dyes (CI 19140, CI 42090, CI 16035): Synthetic cosmetic colors added purely to fake that "herbal" look. Synthetic Preservatives & Solvents: The formula relies on Propylene Glycol, Disodium EDTA, and Phenoxyethanol. Hidden Fragrances:It contains "Perfume" (a loophole term that hides undisclosed chemicals) along with highly concentrated fragrance allergens. Yes, there are botanical extracts like Amla and Neem listed in the middle, but their benefits are completely ruined because they are now drowned in a base of cheap sulfates and silicones. This brand has lost all my trust. They took a great natural product and ruined it with cheap chemicals to maximize their profits, while still marketing it as "natural" to trick people. Save your money, protect your hair, and DO NOT buy this product. Always double-check the physical ingredient list on the bottle!

Quality product, hair condition is also improved now, very much natural ingredients in shampoo.

My scalp does not itch at all now that I'm using this Alma/Neem shampoo. I notice my hair condition is definitely improved. It is soft, full, and less hair falling. I like a lot of lather so I add just a tiny bit of my old shampoo with this and it's perfect. I like shampoo so much that when Amazon was out of stock i ordered 5 bottles from directly from the company. It's great!

Doesn't soap up and leave that clean feeling. God -- I have so many product "misses" everywhere. What Amazon needs to do is bring back N Neem Rosemary and Chamomile shampoo. That is the one that I discovered I guess late in the game. When I went back to buy more, suddenly it is not in stock and they don't know when it (if it) will return. Cause that is the way it goes when you find something that is great. Ironically, that product was made in Durango, CO, which is where I have family. But no one can find it anywhere. That stuff was amazing, and is my holy grail.
