I’ve been using the Just Herbs 8 in 1 Root Nourishing Shampoo for some time now and honestly, I really like it. Before purchasing this shampoo, I carefully checked the Amazon product page, where Just Herbs claims to provide a complete list of ingredients. Based on that promise of transparency, I placed the order. However, when I received the product, I was shocked to see that the shampoo bottle does NOT mention the shampoo base at all. Let me be very clear: 👉 The shampoo base is the most critical ingredient in any shampoo. 👉 Hiding or omitting it from the physical packaging is unacceptable. If a brand truly believes in “clean,” “herbal,” and “transparent” formulations, then the same complete ingredient list must appear on the bottle, not just online where it’s convenient for marketing. This creates a serious mismatch between what is advertised and what is delivered, which feels misleading and raises concerns about consumer safety and honesty. As a customer, I have the right to know exactly what I am applying to my scalp. The absence of the shampoo base on the label breaks trust completely. I am now questioning: Why is the shampoo base missing from the bottle? Is the online ingredient list accurate? Why is there inconsistency between Amazon listing and actual packaging? Right after the first wash, my hair felt cleaner and a bit less prone to breakage. The herbal scent is calming, and it doesn’t strip natural oils. Good option if you want a gentle shampoo with natural ingredients.

Have used it after fituber recommendation. My hair is oily and I have used this for a week. Satisfied with the product. This shampoo will give you dry hair, but as mine was oily scalp so liked it so far. Not recommended for dry hair. Smell nice but not over powering.

My scalp does not itch at all now that I'm using this Alma/Neem shampoo. I notice my hair condition is definitely improved. It is soft, full, and less hair falling. I like a lot of lather so I add just a tiny bit of my old shampoo with this and it's perfect. I like shampoo so much that when Amazon was out of stock i ordered 5 bottles from directly from the company. It's great!

This product did not make too much of a difference in my hair. It did not make it softer, more lustrous etc etc.
