Havells Instanio 3-Litre Instant Wall Mounted Water Heater (White/Blue)

I am extremely happy with my Havells water heater. It’s a very good product and has worked perfectly for me. The heating performance is excellent — it heats water very fast and reaches a high temperature quickly. The build quality also feels strong and durable. Overall, it’s a reliable and efficient water heater. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-performance geyser.

The gyeser looks nice and decent. The indicator light is eye catching. Operation is also very easy and very easy to install. But it takes some 3-4min to heat up the water and water temperature is not boiling hot. Hot water can be touched with bare hands. It's ok for taking bath, but don't know what will happen in winter.

My review is not only for this brand. I am telling this generally about the instant water heater. Once you switch on, the heater will heat 3 Lt of water in 2 mins. That is great, but after that, the hot water will not be flowing as you think. it will be just cold water only. How I am managing is, I switch it on and open the tap with very minimal (10% of the actual flow) so that the bucket will fill in 10 mins for you to take a bath. Hence I would suggest the 15 to 25 Lt storage heater only. This is the best option for a saloon, washing vessles during winter, or any commercial use to get a little bit hot water in a shorter time. Brandwise it is good among this category. but dont buy for bath purpose.

Good fit for kitchen

This product was bought for use in the kitchen where instant water-heating is required in a Delhi winter. On installation, the product did not work as designed. There was an issue with the thermostat/thermal cut-out. I chose to inform the All-India helpline who sent a Havell technician. He confirmed that there was a fault and agreed that, rather than open up a just-delivered item, it should be returned being under guarantee. Amazon, when contacted, asked the technician to write a report declaring the fault and then having that up-loaded. The technician consulted his superiors who said they were not prepared to do this since they were only an intermediary and had no rôle in this because the item had just been installed, was under guarantee and the issue was squarely to be handled by Amazon. I pointed out to Amazon that had I not called the technician, just told them what the problem was and chose to return the item, what would they have done then? There would have been no one to make a "report." After this entire transaction, Amazon said they would take the item back and refund me my money when I would be "free to re-order etc on Amazon." In the circumstances, would a potential customer reward Amazon for this unhelpful behaviour by ANOTHER order? I think not. On reflection as a long-time Amazon customer, I would rate my overall experience thus: 1 Ease of ordering? 10/10 2 Ease of rectification of problems that arise for the customer? 4/10. This is mainly because this part of the process is convoluted, obstructive and defensive. A truism in business is: "Complaints are a statistic. A low number doesn't mean the organisation is doing well. Never forget that for the customer who is dissatisfied because he has a dud, the complaint is 100% and shapes his attitude to the business." I'm sorry that this "review" was triggered by a dud product and then got extended into how Amazon dealt with the fall-out.

The product is much consuming more electricity and the heating time is more than usual... Better go with heater instead of geyser(Instant heater)

Terrible product. Hot water does not for more than 10 seconds.
