Love this tea, I have ordered it for years.

I typically drink hot tea and my wife likes cold brewed or iced tea. This tea works well for both.

A very good daily tea. I drink large amounts of this tea on a daily basis and have enjoyed it on a number of levels:1. Tastes very good, hot or cold.2. Takes on flavors very well when/if you're into that. A drop of bergamot oil while it's brewing, and I have myself an Earl Green, etc... Be creative.3. No more caffeine headaches. Having consumed oceans of black tea through the years, I've developed a fairly acute caffeine sensitivity. Too much, I get a headache. Too little, I get a cluster headache. Horrible. But since I switched over to green tea (organic, no less), I have experienced about a 80-90% reduction in headaches, with those that I still have being much more manageable. Whatever the reason, this stuff really helps.4. Inexpensive for what it is. Loose tea is better than bagged. Organic is better than non-. And green tea is just better for you than whatever else you were otherwise going to drink. For the price, I will keep going back to this well again and again, as long as Starwest keeps churnign this stuff out.

This tea is wonderful. I am much older than most of you reading this review, so when I say that Hyson tea was a favorite of my grandparents, you can understand just how far back I am reaching. As soon as I opened the sealed bag from Starwest Botanicals, the aroma instantly transported me back to my Virginia home. With every sip, I am filled with the love of parents, grandparents, and siblings long gone, ...all that made my youth a heaven upon earth. If you want to truly enjoy a tea of the 18th century, of the old South, of civility and peaceful family ease, try this tea.

This is a very nice, fragrant green tea at an affordable price. Much better than some other lower priced brands.

I love this green tea. I had some from my local tea shop, but they no longer carry it, so I went searching online. Prices seemed to vary so I wasn't sure how price related to quality since you can't see or smell the tea while shopping online. I took a chance on this and I am so glad I did. It was just like the tea I used to get at the local tea shop. This has a fresh clean smell and taste. I prefer Chinese green tea because it is less grassy than Japanese and this tea is smooth and pleasant. If you like Young Hyson, this is well worth the price.

Organic Young Hyson Tea is a medium body great value green tea. I make a pot of tea and add boiling water to the same tea leaves all day long. I've been gradually changing my beverage ritual and this tea has been a wonderful "find" as I move towards milder green teas with less caffeine.The first couple brews are rich and strong and become milder after each brewing. Not bitter to me compared to gunpowder green etc.

It is becoming common knowledge that good quality green tea is great for your health, supports weight loss and helps prevent such diseases as cancer and dementia. This high quality tea is organic, intense in flavor and reasonably priced. I keep it on hand at all times and love it for the taste as well as the benefits.
