It’s did meet my expectations

I recently tried this Epsom salt for my ritual baths, and I’ve really been enjoying it. The texture feels clean and natural, and I like that there aren’t any harsh scents or artificial additives. Even though it comes in a small 5 oz bag, it dissolves easily in warm water and gives off a soothing, calming feel that makes bath time feel more like a relaxing ritual. The magnesium rich salt leaves the water feeling silky and helps me unwind, especially after a long day. Because the bag is on the smaller side, I’ve found it’s best for foot soaks, smaller ritual baths, or times when I just want to add a little extra something to my self care routine. It’s not quite enough for multiple full body soaks, but it’s a great size to test out or use intentionally in smaller doses. Overall, this Epsom salt has been a lovely addition to my bath rituals. It brings a sense of peace and renewal without being overpowering, and I appreciate how simple and natural it feels. It’s definitely something I’d reach for again when I want a soothing, intentional soak.

There’s a big problem with this “Epsom Healing” salt. It's sold as Epsom salt but the ingredients list on the product page claims it’s sea salt. The package contradicts itself, too: it says it is Epsom salt AND that its contents are sea salt. Those are not even remotely the same thing. Epsom salt and sea salt look similar and neither has any heat, but they have completely different chemical properties and purposes. Epsom salt is magnesium sulfate, usually used for relaxing warm baths, gardening, or certain ritual uses. Sea salt is sodium chloride and is drying and not safe for bath soaks if you have sensitive skin, and in wiccan rituals, sea salt has completely different purposes than epsom salts. To make things even more confusing, the bag says “not for ingestion,” but offers no details on sourcing or purity. The color is just plain white, and the bag is so tiny it would barely last for one use. I didn't dare taste it to see if I could figure out what it is, because, well, common sense. Because the product is not clear on what’s actually in the bag, it is basically useless for any intended purpose. If this is sea salt, you wouldn’t want to use it in your bath because it could irritate your skin. If it’s Epsom salt, there’s no info about purity or food grade status, so you wouldn’t want to use it in food, and it’s a strong laxative if ingested by mistake. The label also says “ritual grade sea salt,” but the front calls it “Epsom Healing.”. For spiritual or ritual purposes, knowing what you are actually using is absolutely vital because they are COMPLETELY different! This is just a confusing product that tries to be two things at once and fails at both. For the price, I expected something at least accurately labeled. I can’t recommend it for any use.

The fine, lightly course texture dissolves quickly in water, creating a soothing soak that effectively eases muscle tension and fatigue. This product's strength lies in its simplicity and flexibility, making it perfect for intentional self care moments or as a component of a ritual bath. While it provides a lovely and effective experience, it is better suited for occasional indulgence rather than daily use because of the small size of the container.

Epsom salt is great for the bath. This is a small quantity of salt It's 5 oz and it's 9.99 --i'm not sure why it's so high priced It has a nice texture and is easy to use it's just WICKED expensive for epsom salts Other than that it's nice and great stuff for helping to pull toxins from the body in a bath

I got this salt to try in my spiritual baths & am very happy with it. It’s VERY clean & pure & is the best quality that I’ve ever had in an epsom salt. This is definitely not the stuff you can buy in bulk at the pharmacy. It’s a coarse salt, but still pretty fine. Feels very nice to the touch. While I’d need more than this 5oz pouch for a tub bath, this amount works perfectly well as a foot soak. Very soothing & cleansing. If you’re not planning on using the whole pouch at once, it has a resealable zip for storing. I also appreciate that this salt has a clear lot number & best by date of over 3.5 years out. Love that it’s handcrafted in Washington state, USA too. Great salt that I can surely recommend!
