1.Price:-If you are looking for condensor microphone and your budget is around 10K then definitely buy this one.It's better than akg,audio technica and all other mic which falls in this price range cause it's a modern mic and based on modern technology. 2.Material:-It's a premium microphone and I personally like the build quality of this mic it's very durable if Handel carefully.Packaging was also great. 3.Sound Quality:-So main thing you are looking for is sound quality which I found impressive in this microphone and the main reason behind it is that it's a cardioid microphone so it's primarly capture the sound coming from front side which make it ideal for home recording. 4.Things you need with this microphone:-You need an audio interface which must have 48v Phantom power option in order to use condensor microphone so buy a good one.

As a long-time owner of the legendary AKG C414, I'm used to a certain standard of audio quality. I bought the LEWITT LCT 240 PRO on a bit of a whim, looking for a reliable backup or a solid "workhorse" mic that I wouldn't have to be overly precious with. Well, I'm completely blown away. Right out of the box, I was impressed by the design and its ruggedness. This microphone is built like a tank. It feels solid, professional, and the black finish looks great and very sleek in the studio. It doesn't feel like a "budget" piece of gear at all. But the real shock came when I plugged it in. The sound quality is outstanding for this price point. It's crisp, clear, and detailed, with a very balanced and modern sound that holds its own surprisingly well against my C414 on many sources, especially vocals and acoustic guitar. It has a very low self-noise and can handle high SPLs without breaking a sweat. I came in expecting a decent backup, but I've found a microphone that I'm now grabbing for sessions all the time. For the money, the LCT 240 PRO is an absolute no-brainer. Highly recommended for its sound, design, and rock-solid build.

I've loved using this microphone in the times I've had it. It records incredibly crisp and I've used it for audio work with both instruments and vocals. It's very mono-directional in its recording view, with is incredibly helpful when more than one person is in the room, whether it be in the studio or a concert hall. Speaking of concert halls, I used this to record a concert piano performance in a large church. I was incredibly impressed with how dry the audio sounded during recording, as the hall was very echoey. It sounded near out-of-the-studio. Would very much recommend. I would like to make clear however that this will ONLY record things directly in front of it. 'You will be very disappointed if you buy this, expecting an omni or bi-directional mic.
