great gadget
Make my own bombay mix with this item,i use the largest holes disc{have no use for the others}In a bowl i empty a big bag of gram flour,3 tablespoons of salt,2 of cumin and a dash of oil,add cold water little by little mixing well until a loose ish dough forms,then put some of this into the gadget screw on the top and turn into hot oil,let them cook on either side till golden brown,they will be softish when you remove them but will harden as they cool,continue making batches until all the dough is used,this quantity makes heaps,i fill 4 sweet tins with this add nuts and give away as snacks to enjoy by my family,they inform me tin lasted two days!

Very good quality product, follow up reqd with seller to get missing moulds
The order arrived perfectly on time however very disappointed as only 3 moulds were supplied instead of 6! I had to follow up quite some times with the seller but last week ( 3 months after my initial order) the seller sent the balance missing moulds. The product itself is of very good quality and now i’m looking forward to making challis finally

Poor quality
Only Once use and can not open the sancha grooves are very tight to open both sides lid is stuck Can not use any more for ever!!!..Poor quality!!!

It BROKE at the first use.
Sorry to say, but the first time I used this [last week], the pressure plate that forces the pasta forward, BROKE into two pieces. It appears to be made of die-cast metal and the material is totally unsuitable for the application - it was never going to hold up to the pressures it has to endure.Very disappointed.

Not worth the money. Buy if you want metal bits in your murukku.
Ordered after reading the good reviews. The product arrived promptly. To my horror found one of the discs had a bit of a metal peel off even before even using it to reveal another metal inside. Have used brass ones before, this is not of good quality.The rim of the metal is quite sharp too. Quite disappointed as it is not a cheap purchase.

Product received quickly and exactlybas described. I have put 4 stars just because that it could be challenging to clean it. But otherwise it is esay to use and the different design help to make several snacks.Would recommend.

Bought for making South Indian dish Iddiyppam/string hoppersWorked very wellAdd 4cups of slightly roasted rice flour to 3 cups of boiling salted water, mix well with a ladle like a dough and cover for 5 minutesLater take some dough and fill inside the maker and press and enjoy by steaming for 5 minutes p
