So far so good. My security guards are very happy, Good range, bright light and efficient recharging. So glad that I boutht it.

Battery back up is not upto ecpectation

The light itself is not bad. But there's no support unless you are from the town they ship from (told me its mumbai on call).Mine stopped working so I called them, so they asked me to go to them to fix it. When I informed them that I live 1800km far from them they said to courier it, and the charges will be on me. Upon inquiring to courier, the charges came high so finally decided to see a local repair option. The local repair guy opened torch and said the internals are either of poor quality or has been repaired earlier and sold as new. Suggested me to not repair it as it might stop working again.

Bought this Product , working Good for 1st Month, started degrading the Battery charge and next Month stopped.Battery is Not Charging,.Is there any option for Return or Replace ?

After around 1 year, torch stopped working. Very limited usuage, was expecting at least 3 to 5 years of life. But brightness has reduced.
