I had originally purchased this brush to use for dry brushing over clothing for lymphatic drainage. It worked fine. I then used it when showering and was really impressed with the design. The plastic backing behind the bristles prevents mold/mildew from developing at the base and discoloring the wood. The cloth strap helps keep the brush in your hand when using, even when slippery with soap. The raised nodules between the bristles promote massage the surface of the skin, which may help promote better circulation. I use the brush on my legs, especially my calves, to help stimulate movement of lymph and blood upward back into my upper body. The bristles are also sturdy enough to give a decent foot scrub. I may try to find a different version with a handle to use on my back.

This is a really nice brush! The bristles are soft, but you still feel like you're getting a scrub. There is also this little notch thingy that helps keep it on your hand - convenient. Overall a really good product and it comes in a nice box if you wanted to make it into a gift or something.

Bristles are a little rough, but the exfoliating did wonders for my skin. I lost mine, and am definitely buying another one.

The brush feels amazing on my legs. hope it helps the cellulite get better. feels good fits well in my hand. A good product.

Loved it, good quality. The bristles are a bit hard but I like that since it gets all the dead skin off. Just be gentle on skin and it won't be an isssue.

it's a great brush but sheds

I have only used the brush very gently a few times, mostly on feet and legs. It seems to have helped neuropathy and ankle swelling remarkably. I am impressed. A few gentle swipes, voila. Note: As with some "detoxing", the day after I was very achy but passed quickly and energy returned. I think as circulation improves so will side effects.

Great brush, perfect for easy control and not too big or too small. :) I don’t feel really the little white dubs at all when using, but I like the round head va the rectangular ones. I find this easier to use.
