The cable seems to be good quality for the price. Just a heads up, the pin-out is...Tip of the 2.5mm jack is connected to the #2 pin on the DB9Middle section on the 2.5mm jack is connected to the #3 pin on the DB9Base of the 2.5mm jack is connected to the #5 pin on the DB9

Not compatible with the Digimon D-Power Digivice
I know that it will be rare if someone tries to use this cable the way I did, but this cable is not compatible with the 2000s Digivice.

Be very wary of who you buy this from.
Bought this from a retailer who claimed it was a type 2, and it was in fact a type 3. Read the retailer reviews to make sure they're shipping the right cables, as several of them aren't, or don't know how to tell the difference between a type 2 and type 3. I wound up using a NULL modem on the end of mine to get it to work properly, which wound up nearly doubling the cost of the cable.
