Had a nonstick grill pan that needed replacement. Bought a different ceramic pan we dumped in the trash after one use. Had recently purchased a Sensarte ceramic 3 pan set and loved it, so decided to try the grill pan. LOVE IT! First use was to cook 6 full thick strips of bacon at one time and they all came out perfect. Also works great for grilled chicken, steak and sandwiches. Be nice to your pan and clean-up is easy.

This pan is great, love the color of grilled chicken & that it doesn’t stick to the pan, very easy to clean!

I bought some very pricey salmon to try out when this pan arrived. I did a blackened salmon that was restaurant quality **chef's kiss**. Over medium heat I was able to achieve crispy skin on the bottom (that my dog Bearegard eats) and the fish was flaky and moist and perfect WITH A OF AVOCADO 🥑 OIL and ZERO STICKING. I lived the grill marks on the fish. I cook a lot of lean protein and this is a great alternative to outside grilling...as it is February/winter and I am in Buffalo NY. PRO TIP: Wash your non-stick.pans by hand. Be gentle and they will serve you well for a decade. The finish on this one feels so durable and you can tell that it is well made. I highly recommend!! I always feel frustrated when I read a review from a shopper that says that there non-stick 0an worked great at first, but now it's lost it's magic. It doesn't take a genius to figure out that there is something that occurred in the fare if the pan that resulted in it's failure. Duh? Let the pan soak with some warm soapy water for 5 minutes while your putting away leftovers and then it almost rinses clean without scrubbing. Set it on the stove and let it air dry. Easy peasy.

The pan seems like good quality, but time will tell in terms of how long it last from a non-stick perspective. They include a very nice screwdriver to affix the handle, unfortunately the screwdriver is the wrong head for the screw to put on the handle. The screw is a flat phillips with almost no depth and the included phillips screwdriver is a sharp pointer. I literally thought they sent me a used pan with stripped screw. I got it tightened with my own tool, but I am skeptical on how long before the handle becomes loose which is the annoying thing about these cheap pans, but I guess you get what you pay for.

In the past, I purchased another grill to use on my stove top. It didn't do the job! I hardly used it. But the Sensart Nonstick Grill is fabulous! Even my picky boyfriend gives it a thumbs up! We have grilled fish, steaks, and hamburger, and the results were tasty! It is so easy to clean too!
